"Simply needed a hotel that had 24/7 check in and this was the only one. But luckily the hotel was fully booked on arrival at 0100 so got upgraded for free to a suite which was a lovely bonus! Didn’t get to stay long enough to say much more as had onward transport the next day. "

"Extremely convenient to Stansted Airport. The hotel front desk staff was great! The rooms are clean and modern. The restaurant and bar have good food and nice service. The breakfast buffet is good also. "

"Our stay exceeded our expectations. Staff were super friendly, obliging and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Travelled to Cambridge for a medical proceedure and stayed at the Cambridge Belfry for 3 nights for recuperation. Couldn't have been anywhere better. Will return"

"Beautiful hotel, clean and quiet considering it’s next to a train station. Food was superb, dinner was delicious despite the price and plenty of choice for breakfast. The only criticism I have would be the staff who were very polite and professional when spoken to however could have been more attentive. Had to ask for the bill 3 times after dinner and on check in at reception no information was given about hotel facilities, check out time, breakfast times etc. Great location can get train into Cambridge or drive from the hotel however parking is expensive in Cambridge and at the hotel (depending on your duration) so would have been nice to have free parking given the price paid for the room. Overall though very pleasant and comfortable stay. "

"Second time in Luton; second time staying here. Great staff: i was let into thr room hiurs before the formal check-in time. Staff were also kind enough to accept and hold some mail for me. The bed and beddibg are exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was great."
