Maid service was a plus as it was nice coming home to a clean place. Check in and out was good and the place has 24 hour customer service. Only 2 things we would change. There is only 1 very tiny elevator and stairs are steep, windy and narrow."

"This hotel was excellent in many ways; the only issue was around dinner time at the restaurant, as they were not picking up the phones for room service. I was forced to come out of the room and go down to the restaurant to inquire about dinner. Things didn't seem too organized inside the restaurant either; a lot people waiting and only one person taking care of business at the main entrance. Other than that, everything else was fine."
