"Loved this hotel, had a cute balcony with a nice view to the neighbouring area. I sat on the balcony everyday and ate my croissant - it was lovely. Area seemed quiet but with a good balance of restaurants/ cafes ((1-2 mins away)and noticed a lot of what seemed like retired people enjoying the cafes. Walking distance to bus/shops (5 mins maybe). Only "potential" downside (not hotels fault), only bus services were available to this area, train services were under construction until next year...
