Amazing magic in Penang Hills! Loved this place and its environment! Stayed in Jasmine villa, which as a bonus surprise actually does include a karaoke set like the other villas — once we exhausted the 100 English songs available, we just looked up our own songs using WiFi. :) Free pick up/ drop off by hotel from airport is only 2pm and 4pm, getting this information from management was a bit more difficult than it needed to be so here it is. Loved that it was convenient for me coz near to where I needed to go. Condition of room needs a little work for improvement eventhough it’s not 5-star hotel. At least re do paint job as it was peeling.

Newly establish hotel, pretty room interior design, relaxing infinity pool after a hot day of exploring, staff were polite and friendly, walking distance to Georgetown tourist attractions.

Our request for high floor and quiet room was meet without difficulties. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Very convenient location.

Room was quite large, newly furnished, and smelled clean and fresh. The breakfast was fairly sizable, but basically the same thing every day, the swimming pool was great, very clean amenities.

My 3 nights stay was a fantastic experience. Booked the hotel to experience Penang's natural beauty. This is definitely not for the thrill seeker traveler. It's perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing getaway. You get the privacy you need since it's at the opposite end of the island, over the hills, and close to Penang National Park's entrance. Stayed 5 nights, very friendly helpful staffs, excellent central location short walking distance to many Georgetown attractions and wonderful food.

Great location, nice beach and gardens (but sea near the shore is brown). Service is exceptional, from the waiters at the pool to the reception and breakfast staff. Great sunset views overlooking gardens, white beach and sea. We were upgraded to a suite which was very big and beautiful, with verandah deck and stunning views. Facilities and room were great, although it is under renovation.

Overall ambience, cleanliness and polite and warm staff hotel is grand
