Property is located up a very steep slope. Would be a workout to lug your baggages up if u are not driving. I am impressed with the cleanliness but disappointed with the staff service. No extra pillow available when requested.

Acceptable
Location is good. Convenient. Just 5 mins walk to 7-11 and little Swiss garden. Breakfast was disappointing as it doesn't suit me.

Nice stay
Thanks for upgrading my house freely. The location is really good, easy to access through public transportation. The staff is nice and helpful. The room also provides clean water reservior.

The reception lady was very kind and offered free buggy services from check in counter to our rooms as she saw we had elderly and children in our company. The rooms were generally clean and spacious with nice teak-based furniture. Toilets should have a shower curtain to separate the shower from the wash basin/bidet areas.

Really cosy and great location. 5 mins walk to the food area. Professional setup. The room is a little old but it’s clean and has a great wood feel to it.

Like: 1) The breakfast is good! Especially the soya milk taste nice 2) Family room have 2 floors, total 4 pax can stay comfortably Dont Like: 1) Need to carry luggage to your room as there is no lift. it is not really convenient for the elder to climb the slope and stairs with luggage

The location is strategic, it is near to 7-eleven, bus-stop, and some restaurants. The room is clean, The breakfast is normal. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Location quit ok, about 10 mins walk to main road, which have MOS, 7-11 and so... the room is big but a bit old.. overall GOOD!

Worst Reception staff ever.
The receptionist did not fit the Taiwanese feel of a host. Everything about her was cold. I do not know her name, but I bet you will know who I am talking about if you meet her. Terrible service. I will not recommend this place for anybody. It spoilt my experience at Cing Jing.

Hotel is quite run down
Hotel is quite run down. Staff also don't appears to be friendly when check in. No air-conditioning in room and provided only a small fan. Not likely will return to this hotel again.

A cosy place
Overall it’s a good place except for the staff. As I’ve selected the payment method wrongly, they couldn’t change it for me. I wanted to pay in credit card end up paying in cash. Quite disappointed on this issue.

Quiet Area
Big rooms but no room heater during winter. Rooms are very big with heated mattress. Equipments are old but staffs are helpful. Free parking.

Warm weather OK but Cold weather - takes courage..
Would not recommend if going during the winter. Due to the design of the room size being big and energy saving, room does not have good warming, only the bed has a heater pad to keep warm. So, it will be rather cold walking in the room.

A nice but simple hotel
The hotel room was nice , good for a family of 4 with two rooms . The overall cleanliness was OK although we stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned after the first night . One of the issue is that there is no heater and in March there is a 9C temperature. The beds have an electrical blanket but it was working only on one side of the double bed . The staff is nice and helpful although their English is extremely limited . The Hotel is well positioned and is very quiet . Overall an OK Hotel but could be much better if their would take care of some details.

Overall, the place is located up in the hill near Little Swiss Garden and very cooling during March. However, don't expect "hotel" reception on resort stay here and remember NOT to throw any tissue paper or toilet paper in the toilet bowl!

It was very proximal to Swiss garden. The toilet was below average but the room space was huge! The bed was very comfortable. The mountain view for my room was blocked by trees but the location was excellent. It's near to Swiss garden and star bucks etc. The toilet could be better otherwise the stay was very good. They disinfect the room after check out therefore I trust the cleanliness of the area
