"Pros: perfect location, close to everything: restaurants, shops, train station, attractions within walk distance; even though it is located in a busy area, it is quiet enough at night to sleep; good water pressure, nice thick and large towels; able to adjust room temperature efficiently; good breakfast and restaurant food, helpful staffs Cons: bed is a little hard, very small bathroom, hair dryer is too basic, location of the room table behind the curtain is a little annoying to access"

"Fantastic hotel. The room is modern and spotlessly clean. Amazing shower. Perfect location next to two beautiful plazas and within walking distance of the castle and the triumphal arch. Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Miguel delivered a beautiful cake for my birthday and recommended a lovely restaurant for dinner. The staff at check in and check out we're helpful and friendly and made the experience a pleasure. The custard tart and port at check in was much appreciated. The lady on check out spotted my fellas Monty Python T-shirt which was lovely. "

"The hotel was well located if you appreciate a very active street performance situation. The beds were nice but the other furniture was quite worn. Oddly the room itself was not level. There was a clear and distinct slant inward that very obvious. There was also a type of breaker box at the door that had to periodically be flipped to run electricity to the outlets that the TV and hot pot were plugged into. "
