Fairly close to GIG airport, very reasonable price and was in a safe and convenient location for food options - great variety of food options in the mall opposite the hotel. Staff are helpful, great service, location and cleanliness. No complaints! :)

The worst experience ever in my life. I had to pay for internet out of my own plan a day. The manager was rude, and I was threatened by the staff, that If I kept complaining I would have to find another place to go to. There are cockroaches on the wall at night, that I had to kill. The food and customer service are horrible. The place is nasty. The ad should be taken off Expedia. I tried to call you to tell you this but my phone is out of range

The property is located in a very unsafe areas at foothill of violent favela. It shouldn’t ever be recommended in this site. It’s a shame and loss of my money. People with kids or just couples must not ever stay at that location.

Gratidão pela estadia maravilhosa.

Desde a chegada até a saída muito bem atendido, desde o segurança Paulo na entrada até a saída com o segurança Marcelo. Passando pelos funcionários Jessica e Thiago que me deram total auxílio em minha estadia. Não são em todos os lugares que possuem funcionários tão solícitos e dispostos a ajudar e por ser PCD a minha demanda é um pouco maior. Mais uma vez o meu muito obrigado a todos!

Hotel atendeu minhas necessidades e ofereceu um bom custo benefício para minha estadia. Equipe foi simpática, café da manhã bom. Minha única crítica não é para o hotel, mas para os hóspedes que no café da manhã não devolveram o simpático bom dia dos funcionários que eram muito prestativos.
