The hotel is somewhat new and the rooms are alittle small but it's very clean, with fresh linens and modern amenities. The location is conveniently good, not too far from the international airport and just across the street from the hotel lies a large mall that offers plenty of dining options at any restaurants to choose from. The front desk staff was helpful and professional throughout my stay.

No frill in the middle of nowhere.

No frill hotel for locals. It is far from any interesting area of Rio. There is a large middle class shopping mall directly across the street. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. The bed was comfortable. There was no safe in the room contrary to advertised.

The property is located in a very unsafe areas at foothill of violent favela. It shouldn’t ever be recommended in this site. It’s a shame and loss of my money. People with kids or just couples must not ever stay at that location.

The worst experience ever in my life. I had to pay for internet out of my own plan a day. The manager was rude, and I was threatened by the staff, that If I kept complaining I would have to find another place to go to. There are cockroaches on the wall at night, that I had to kill. The food and customer service are horrible. The place is nasty. The ad should be taken off Expedia. I tried to call you to tell you this but my phone is out of range

This hotel had many wonderful reviews, which is why my boyfriend and I decided to stay here. Unfortunately, our experience was not what we expected. When we first entered the room, we immediately noticed several issues. The air conditioner was leaking water onto the floor, the restroom had no fan, and there were no small towels for bathing. The room itself was also very small. Another inconvenience was that there was no iron in the room—the iron and ironing board are located on the 10th floor, and you must request a special key from the front desk because your room key does not allow access. The shower also did not appear very clean. Housekeeping was another problem. We requested that our room be cleaned, but it was not cleaned for several days after the request. We also asked for additional towels and were told they would be placed in our room, but we never received them. During our trip I unfortunately missed my flight, so my boyfriend extended our stay. However, the extension was never updated in the hotel’s system. Our room key suddenly stopped working, and when I went to the front desk they said they had no record of us staying there. Even after showing receipts and booking confirmations, they couldn’t locate it. After about 45 minutes they finally fixed the issue and gave me a new key. Later that night, while I was alone in the room, I heard repeated knocking around 11 PM. When I asked who it was, there was no response. The knocking continued until after midnight.

Pharmacy and food location below was very convinent , the only thing was they said they help with tour and the ticket assistance in the property review and the girl said no they don't so they should probably remove that
