Experiência incrível! Limpeza, conforto, roupas de cama e banho, tudo nota 10. Equipe muito solícita sempre que precisei. O ponto negativo é o som alto na área da piscina, poderia ser mais baixo. E a piscina tbm não estava limpa. Café da manhã tem uma parte só de queijos e frios, muito bom! Ponto negativo foi a qualidade do pó de café, bem abaixo do nível do hotel mas para compensar oferecem diversidades de suco.

Já me hospedei no Be Loft Lounge outras vezes e era extremamente agradável. Infelizmente ele foi comprado pelo Ibiza que fica ao lado, e parece um hotel fantasma: a decoração foi migrada para a recepção do Ibiza, acabaram com o lounge, o cafe da manhã que tinha uma vista belissima pra piscina e pra lagoa também migrou para o salão apertadissimo do Ibiza. Se for uma opção apenas para dormir, continua sendo maravilhoso.

Dessa vez não compensou. Está decaindo.

É a terceira vez que fico no mesmo hotel, mas dessa vez foi ruim demais. Não tinha toalhas no banheiro e precisei pedir, mas as toalhas estavam duras e com cheiro ruim. Também tive que matar uma barata no banheiro. O blindex não fecha completamente, molhando o chão na hora do banho. Não tinha nenhuma mesinha em nenhum dos lados da cama, me fazendo colocar óculos, controles e celular diretamente no chão. Infelizmente dessa vez não tive sorte.

A estrutura do Hotel é maravilhosa,porém achei o café da manhã com produtos de aspecto de véspera e fui abordado no meio da noite de sono pelos funcionários alegando que haviam cobrado errado minha estadia ,sendo que já havia feito o pagamento pelo app, por fim era o cartão de outro hóspede.

Funcionários atenciosos e educados, cafe da manhã bom, tudo bem limpinho. Televisão do quarto NÃO funciona, Internet NÃO funciona . Sabonetes e shampoo disponíveis para uso em potes retornaveis de 500ml , não achei higiênico, pois outros hóspedes que passaram ou irão hospedar usarão os mesmo. Sempre acho que tem que ser sabonete e shampoo individuais que normalmente são oferecidos em hoteis. Cama desconfortável.

Chegamos no hotel para o check in e demoramos para poder subir, pois na recepção incrivelmente não sabiam qual quarto estava vago, após todo o tempo de espera passamos por um constrangimento de tentar entrar num quarto que já estava ocupado, após mais um longo tempo de espera, nos levaram para um quarto inferior ao que tinhamos reservado. Serviço de quarto nao existe, interfone tbm nao, café ruim… limpeza dos quartos deixou a desejar.

Não me hospedarei de novo. Me colocaram em um quarto acessível e não foi o que escolhi na reserva . Não tinha sabonete, shampoo, nem sabonete para lavar as mãos. Me falaram o número 9 para ligar pra recepção, liguei muitas vezes ninguém atendeu, meu esposo precisou ir 3x lá e depois a recepcionista falou que era 09 o número. A noite que foram dar um sabonete da Palmolive e disseram q n tinha produtos de higiene que o hotel oferece. Meu quarto não tinha acesso ao Wi-Fi. Café da manhã estava bom, só poderiam deixar as bebidas sem açúcar para as pessoas decidirem se quer colocar ou não, meu esposo não pode tomar suco pq não ingere açúcar e n tinha opção sem.

Não é um hotel barato e estou frustrada. Só não mudei de hotel pq já havia pago as diárias. Primeiro que o quarto estava sujo e o banheiro até com urina de antigo hóspede no sanitário. De imediato solicitei a camareira que foi solicita. Tive queda de energia na sexta e fiquei mais de 40 minutos sem energia. Levaram as toalhas do quarto e ao ir na recepção, não tinha mais ou seja, impossível tomar banho. Telefone do quarto não funcionava. Cartão desmagnetizou e fiquei mais de 1h indo e voltando da recepção por 5x consecutivas até que o funcionário foi ao quarto. Tv não funcionava após que dependia de internet, wifi péssimo. Piscina estava mais suja do que limpa. A estrutura é legal, linda mas a gestão é péssima. E a segurança tb está escassa. Qualquer um entra e sai do hotel qdo quer e sem identificar.
