Muito bom

O hotel em geral atendeu muito bem à necessidade. Quarto e banheiro bem grandes, chuveiro ótimo, cama e travesseiros bem confortáveis, boa iluminação. O ar condicionado atendeu mt bem mesmo com o calor que estava no RJ, faz um pouco de barulho, mas não me incomodou em nada. Café da manhã é bom, tudo que comi estava ótimo. Localização ótima pra quem vai à Marina da Glória, da pra ir a pé. Único ponto que poderia melhorar é o checkin, mesmo chegando mais cedo, teve uma demora considerável, só começaram a atender as 14h e cada checkin era demorado. Como sugestão, poderiam adiantar o preenchimento das fichas para quem estava aguardando. Mas gostei bastante da estadia e espero voltar em outras oportunidades.

Quarto cheio de baratas

Infelizmente, minha experiência no Hotel Diamond não foi positiva. No primeiro quarto em que fui colocado, no quarto 808, havia muitas baratas, muitassss mesmo, o que me levou a fazer uma reclamação. A equipe do hotel me mudou para outro quarto, o que foi um ponto positivo, mas ainda assim encontrei algumas baratinhas por lá. A limpeza e a higiene são fundamentais para uma estadia confortável, e acredito que o hotel precisa melhorar MUITO nesse. Apesar do atendimento gentil da recepção, não me senti confortável durante a hospedagem e não recomendo esse hotel.

Melhorando a limpeza vale o preço.

Localizaco proxima ao metro e a Lapa. Tamanho do quarto e do banheiro bom. Porem a limpeza é precaria. Cabelo pelo chao do banheiro. Roupa de cama cheia de cabelo. Chao do quarto cheio de areia. Cafe da manha muito fraco. As 09:20 so tinha frutas e doces. @julivertulo
