My stay at the Fairmont Rio de Janeiro Copacabana was absolutely amazing! The location is unbeatable—right in front of the beach with stunning ocean views. The Fairmont is a beautiful property with lovely views from the restaurant and an amazing spa. The Amazon experience treatment in the spa was the best three hours I’ve had in many years. My only issue is that the lost and found has been unresponsive and I left something in the room that I would like to get back.

We stayed at the Fairmont for 4 nights. The location between Copacabana and Ipenema beach is fantastic. Our room had a view onto the sugarloaf and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching people on the beach and in the water. We only had one dinner in the hotel restaurant. It was amazing. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. Rooms were spacious and clean and the beds comfortable. The shower pressure was excellent. But most importantly, the staff were always helpful and nice. I highly recommend this hotel.
