Atendimento impecável da recepção, funcionários solicitos e simpaticos. Regiao bem movimentada e considerei segura,bastante policiamento. Cafe da manhã excelente! O unica problema que observamos foi a qualidade do colchao de casal,a mola estava saindo pra fora bem no meio,mais como é grande dormimos cada um d um lado...as roupas de cama também podia ser mais novas. Mais no geral gostamos e pela opção de parcelamento e o bom atendimento achamos que compensou.

Muito bom!!!

Amei!!! Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, gentis e prestativos.. A localização é perfeita e achei bem segura. Sai e voltei à noite sem nenhum problema! Só o quarto que é bem pequeno, mas foi tranquilo porque eu estava sozinha e usei apenas para dormir. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes!!!

relação custo benefício deixa muito a desejar!!!!

O quarto no qual fiquei hospedada era um verdadeiro cubículo. A cama de solteiro parecia cama de anão, muito pequena. O colchão era péssimo, de má qualidade, não era encapado. As roupas de cama eram muito velhas!

A nice hotel for two or three days only

The check-in was pretty cool. Fast and very friendly. I liked the atmosphere of the hotel and the fact they had sparkling water to sell at the lobby.

Recomendo pelo custo benefício

Atendentes e equipe simpáticos e prestativos. Positivo para o sistema de compras na recepção, desocupando assim o frigobar do quarto. Café da manhã bom, sempre reposto e tudo fresco. Quarto com bom espaço em móveis. Pode melhorar: retirar iluminação ao lado da janela no corredor ou instalar blackout pois a persiana n funciona; novos suportes no box do banheiro e nova lixeira. Uma repaginada geral no banheiro seria ótimo.

Boa localização, próximo a restaurantes e metrô.

Faltou informar que o serviço de quarto deveria ter sido solicitado logo ao chegar no hotel. Só fiquei sabendo após eu retorno ao hotel à noite e ver que o quarto não foi arrumado e que eu deveria ter solicitado antes. Não disponibilizam nem água filtrada na recepção, tendo que pagar pela garrafinha (6,50). No mais, é bem agradável, bem localizado à apenas uma quadra do metrô e bons restaurantes próximo... é um ótimo custo/benefício.
