A gestao do hotel é feita pelo proprio gerente - que tem um nivel de amabilidade, hospitalidade e simpatia, beirando o zero. Ambientacao bem ultrapassada. As janelas dos quartos sao pequenas. Experiencia de check-out bem primitiva. De qualquer forma e sendo junto, pela localizacao e preço vale o custo/beneficio.

Infelizmente tive alguns problemas no hotel. Principalmente quanto ao tratamento do gerente . No check in quiseram cobrar 10% que não existia pois a hospedagem foi toda paga pelo site e esse não informava mais nenhum tipo de cobrança. Bati o pé e não paguei e eles depois viram que a cobrança era indevida. Depois me deram um apto que tinha a porta que não fechava. Trocaram de quarto. O tratamento de todos os funcionários do hotel e muito cordial, são muito prestativos mas infelizmente o gerente italiano não e uma pessoa fácil de lidar e me destratou tanto que cheguei a chorar. No último dia me pediu desculpas. Mas não adianta ... deveria não ter feito o que fez . Fiquei mais duas noites na cidade e ao invés de ficar no mesmo hotel eu troquei de hotel. Isso mostra que quem perde é ele mesmo ....

Ótima opção custo x beneficio.

O hotel é bom. Houve um pequeno problema no check-in com a reserva, mas foi imediatamente resolvido. Fomos tratados com muita hospitalidade e educação. O hotel é muito bem Localizado e os quartos estão bem equipados.

A localização é ótima. Os funcionários do hotel são muito atenciosos. Os quartos pequenos, porém confortáveis. O ar condicionado não é muito eficiente. A decoração deixa a desejar, mas isso é o que menos importou.

Cuidado com as armadilhas

Diz que existe estacionamento: nao é 100% verdade. Fiz ter um convenio com o estacionamento da frente, para 2 vagas. Chegando la, mesmo o dono (um itliano mal educado), dizer que tem uma vaga, o estacionamento não aceita. Tive que buscar outro local, tipo um shopping e claro, com preço mais alto.

Só tenho duas observações: a ventilação do banheiro do quarto em que fiquei (501) era muito ruim, não tinha exaustão. Quanto ao café da manhã, acho que deveria haver mais capricho e cuidado com relação ao aspecto dos alimentos colocados a disposição: as frutas estavam escuras (já cortadas) o queijo branco estava esfarelado, o queijo prato estava seco, entre outros exemplos que poderia dar.

I might come back,but because I know this area

Very close to both beaches,but too noisy. Almost every single bus pass this hotel(way too many).Breakfast need to be upgrade(poor).Coffee machine didn't work prorerly.The price per night supposed to be $ 77,but when we came they made adjustment that came to $100 per night

Boa localização! Se isto bastar, o hotel presta.

Vários problemas como vazamento nos banheiros, com falta de arejamento nos quartos, pouca luz natural, cheiro de mofo, cofre sem funcionar, com tv sem sinal, com fraco atendimento no café da manhã, roupa de cama...etc. Mas o pior mesmo foi a grosseria do funcionário que nos atendeu quando reclamamos do mofo. Disse-nos em alto som que procurássemos outro hotel, que ele devolveria o restante das diárias. Grosso. Não foi isso o que solicitamos!
