Atendimento Péssimo !!!!

Atendimento Nota Zero !!!! Não tive apenas um atendimento frio e indiferente, fui maltratado. Tive sensação que a atendente não gosta do que faz, está com algum problema com o patrão, pois é extremamente rude. E não apenas ela, mas todos os funcionários agem assim. Parece que são treinados para atenderem mal. Se você não liga para qualidade no atendimento este hotel é um opção até que razoável. Agora se gosta de ser bem atendido, aí tem muitas outras opção na Barra da Tijuca.

O atendimento da recepcionista foi ótimo. O quarto estava bem limpo. Seria melhor se fosse o quarto com varanda, mas o quarto sem,tbm foi bom!!! O único ponto negativo, foi o café da manhã. O suco tinha gosto de tang e estava quente, o pão que eu comi estava meio duro ( só comi um tipo de pão, n sei se os outros estavam assim também). Outro ponto que eu gostaria de ressaltar, para que o hotel possa melhorar no café da manhã, é colocar uma tela protetora de alimentos em cima das frutas, para proteger das moscas.

Um tanto frustrante

Os atendentes foram muito atenciosos, porém o quarto não era confortável. Cama ruim e espaço igualmente. Ar condicionado e barulhento e televisão com poucas opções de canais e com mal contato. banheiro com descarga vazando. frigobar congelando os alimentos e agua. café da manhã ruim. Apesar das opções, não foi agradável. Espero uma proxima vez ter uma experiencia diferente

Pelas fotos no perfil do site hotéis.com esperei uma vista boa do quarto, mas me deparei com um depósito feito de quarto, com uma janela que dava a visão das centrais de ar condicionado. Sinceramente fiquei frustrado com o hotel.
