Hotel com vista maravilhosa. Ótimo atendimento e café da manhã. Peca um pouco por ser próxima a uma comunidade, mas como somos moradores do RJ estamos acostumados. Não tivemos problema nenhum.

O local ë um charme! Casarão antigo muito bem reformado. Quartos com vista incrível para o Rio. Sem falar no espaço do terraço que enche os olhos com piscina e vista panorámica para Ipanema! O pessoal é super atencioso. Nós sentimos em casa, pois o hotel conta com apenas 10 quartos. A localização é super tranquila, apesar de parecer perto da comunidade. Saídas a pé são complicadas devido ao grande desnível que tem para subir na rua. Mas não sentimos vontade nenhuma de sair do hotel com aquele visual e atendimento. O restaurante serve muito bem e podemos pedir comida de tele entrega. Foi perfeito!

We loved it! A little off the beaten path and close to Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. The staff is very friendly. We loved watching the sunset at the rooftop pool. Bird the dog was always there to greet us when we came back from our day of touring. We recommend L’homme as a great home away from home.

The view from our room and the terraza was incredible. The staff was super. Breakfast was just ok. The night manager arranged a tour for us for about a third the cost online. Then we picked to add or take away as we liked.

Die stilvolle Anlage aus verwinkelten charmanten Häusern am Berg hat einen prächtigen Garten und Pool mit fantastischem Weitblick. Nur knapp 15 Min. zu Fuss zum Strand von Ipanema und Copacabana. Auf dem Weg zum Hotel zu Fuss bergauf ist gute Kondition von Vorteil. Der Hauseingang Nr. 222 am Fusse der Favela ist unscheinbar. Ein Taxi bringt Sie sicher vor Ort. Entspannte Atmosphäre, lockere Angestellte und gutes Frühstück erwarten Sie.

The decor is very unique, don’t expect a regular boring hotel - L’homme has a very special and cool vibe. The pool on the roof top is just amazing and provides great view over the city and a near by favela. The street to the hotel is up the hill which makes it a bit hard to walk but the place itself makes up for it!

Service absent, difficile d'accès. Moyen.

Boutique, dans sa définition minimaliste: peu ou pas de service, personnel souvent absent (même pour ouvrir la porte, au pied d'une favela!), chambre plutôt grande mais mal équipée (pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de cintres, pas de rideaux opaques...). Le bar existe bien, mais il est non servi en permanence. Pas de restaurant, juste le petit-déjeuner (correct sans plus) servi avec lenteur. Sinon, c'est joliment décoré, belle vue et très calme. Sauf lorsque c'est la fête dans la favela, ce qui est arrivé le vendredi soir jusqu'à 4 heures du matin... Et il faut aimer monter les marches car pas d'ascenseur. Mauvais Wi-Fi.

Un petit joyau caché avec une situation imbattable pour ce prix. Vue magnifique ET au milieu de la verdure, a 10 min de la plage d'Ipanema. Personnel accueillant et accommodant. Il faut être prêt a grimper un peu pour mériter ce confort. Mais chambre spacieuse, lumineuse, propre et tres confortable. Petite piscine sur le toi pour relaxer et rafraichir en fin de journee. Terrasse privative avec magnifique vue et permettant d'apprecier la verdure et le chant des oiseaux. La proximité de la favela Cantagalo peut impressionner. Pour moi elle a principalement offert une opportunité de transport pratique et peu couteux.
