Na verdade foi uma frustração. Achei o quarto "limpo" porem encardida banheiro aquela batizada basica mas nao limpeza mesmo . Nao tinha cheiro de limpeza as bordas do box estavam sujas as cortinas amassadas e emboloradas. As toalhas manchadas e gastas. E o café bem decepcionante. Cafe da manha pra mim é sempre um momento maravilhoso desta vez nao foi infelizmente

A minha estadia no hotel Mercure foi incrível...tudo muito maravilhoso. O quarto que fiquei era grande com bastante espaço,cama confortável,banheiro limpo e tudo muito cheiroso. Roupas de cama e banho limpas,chuveiro quentinho, ar condicionado maravilhoso...quarto confortável e bastante agradável.As funcionárias da limpeza dos quartos, bastante eficientes e muito simpáticas...estavam presentes todos os dias repondo produtos e toalhas. O hotel no geral, é excelente...muito organizado,silencioso e confortável. Os funcionários da recepção são todos muito educados e atenciosos...sempre prontos pra ajudar no que for necessário. Nota 10 para os funcionários da recepção Clarissa e Rubens... e nota 10 também para as funcionárias do café da manhã Vera e Mel,todos muito educados,gentis e simpáticos. Ameiiiii o café da manhã...muitas variedades e muito organizado. Vários sucos,pães,bolos,frutas,frios,assados e muitos outros.Tudo muito delicioso 😋 e saboroso. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes ❤️

A minha estadia no hotel Mercure foi excelente. Tudo muito perfeito...limpeza impecável do hotel no geral, café da manhã maravilhoso e delicioso 😋 com muitas opções e variedades. Os funcionários do café da manhã são muito eficientes...toda hora é feita a reposição das frutas,pães,frios,bolos,ovos mexidos,pães de queijo...talheres, copos e pratos...tudo muito perfeito.A limpeza do hotel é impecável. Quarto e banheiro muito cheiroso...roupas de cama e banho muito limpa e cheirosa.Amei o quarto que fiquei...muito confortável e grande.O banheiro também é grandinho...produtos de banho que o hotel fornece,todos muito cheirosos e muito bons...a água do chuveiro quentinha...nota 10 pra tudooooo! Quero deixar aqui meu muito obrigada para os atendentes da recepção Rubens e Clarissa...são super atenciosos,simpáticos e muito eficientes. Lugar otimo para hospedagem, facil acesso a praia, a restaurantes, ao trabalho e a passeios. No sabado e domingo fica a sugestão de ir a praia uns 100 metros ao lado, o restante da semana é perfeito para a praia.

No quarto 757 o ar condicionado estava com a aba quebrada e o vento vinha direto pra cama, passei frio. Não tem lava pé pra tirar areia do corpo e cadeira. A única torneira externa não tinha água. A vista desse quarto é maravilhosa. A limpeza perfeita. Trocaram nossas toalhas todos os dia e fizeram a arrumação. A sauna sempre fechada não conseguimos usar nenhum dia. Ficamos 4 dias. Café da manhã cobrado à parte. O hotel não oferece guardas sol e cadeiras, uma pena.
