It was only horrible. Please never go there. Dirty, no Internet, Lift doesn`t work For breakfast People walk down from Level 10 to the Restaurant.One Elevator was down, 2. one is not wokin properly Waiting for the Lift more than 35 minutes, and she has a broken leg. Never, never never again Guest for Breakfast complain about this Situation, but they ignore. Never Never Never again Nice Pictures in Internet, end of the day trash hotel Michael

Stay away from this hotel - unfriendly staff, bed bugs, basic amenities missing, ridiculous breakfast - have travelled to over 100 cities around the world….worst hotel experience by far!….Thank god I’m back in Toronto!….Opa!!

On Expedia, under "Highlights" they listed, TV, AC, Daily housekeeping, Private bathroom, Safe, etc. When I ask them for the code to use the safe, they want me to pay a fee. I told them that they highlighted it. Their response was, yeah we have it, but if you want to use it you have to pay. This is ridiculous, do I have to pay to use the bathroom too? BTW there was no housekeeping 3 days. I got an email from Expedia about the situation. Then, magically the hotel want to clean my room. I didn't ask about, but I think that Expedia team got involved, that was the reason why I got the room cleaning. Anyway, assume they will charge for everything unless they say that it is free ........

Only spent 2 nights.. The good first.. Hotel is on a side street to the beach.. And right next to a park also.. Staff was great.. Breakfast was decent.. Instant Hot water with really good pressure.. Sheets and room was clean.. They give you a discount coupon for a restaurant around block that is a buffet.. It was also good.. But the Rodizio across the street from it was superb.. Easy walk to beach.. And Uber, taxi, and rental bikes are easier to get out front.. Also.. The roof area is amazing view with nice little pool area and hot tub (wasnt hot) there is also a sauna that is really hot. The bad parts.. My room had electric issue.. lamps by bed and 4 of the over head lights did not work.. There is an extra cost to use the safe.. A/C is a window style unit in the wall and buzzed a bit loudly.. This is an older hotel and in truth was expected, so i can not complain to much cause the price was right for it.. Plenty of pubs, and restaurants within walking to check out..

Terrível. As instalações não correspondem às fotos. O terraço, piscina e banheira de hidro são sujos. A última está quebrada. Não há um guarda-sol. o bar não funciona em horário algum. Os corredores são totalmente escuros. É preciso usar a lanterna do celular. A cozinha só funciona para o café da manhã. Depois disso, não se consegue água quente para um chá ou mesmo um talher para eventualidades. O quarto não é melhor. Embora não estivesse sujo na chegada, jamais veio uma camameira limpar ou trocar roupas. A TV, que só tem canais abertos, não funcionava. O ar condicionado fazia um barulho absurdo. As camas muito estreitas, colchoes ruins, eram um pouco maiores que os box, muito estreitos. Cheguei a virar! Poderia ter me machucado. A geladeira degelava aos poucos, inundando parte do quarto. O café mais básico impossível. Os funcionários constrangidos, sem poder de fazer quase nada. O gerente foi chamado e nos ignorou solenemente. Tudo isso por módicos mil reais a diária. O hóspede sai se sentindo um otário.

The location is great, half a block from the beach. The staff is very helpful. The hotel feels secure. The AC unit was making noise but in some ways I got used to it and helped me sleep. It was not a big deal. I was on vacation so I enjoyed every single day in the city not matter the circumstances. The roof top view is really nice, very relaxing.

Não vale o preço, hotel horrível.

Quarto sujo, frigobar enferrujado, cortinas sujas e com mofos, ar condicionado velho e barulhento, elevador não funcionava para chamar (estavamos no 7°andar), o wifi não funcionava, e o jacuzzi do rooftop estava com agua suja. Café da manhã muito básico. Ar condicionado da recepção pintando e deixando muita água no chão da recepção. E as 10h30, já ligam para o quarto pressionando para liberar o quarto sendo que o checkout é as 11h. Tudo que eles podem fazer errado com o cliente, eles fizeram. Pergunta: como o hotel imagina que vou gostar da minha estadia ? Impossível, foi horrível. E paguei 1000reais a diária para isso! Obviamente, não vale isso, valeria no maximo 100 reais a diária para ficar nesse lugar.

Um terror de hospedagem.

Em se tratando dos colaboradores, são todos excepcionais, sempre sorridentes e dispostos ajudar. Prontidão perfeita e comprometidos a proporcionar a seus clientes a melhor experiência. Destaque para o Sr. Naldo, profissional de extrema competência, como também a senhora que recepciona para café da manhã. Maravilhosos. Quanto a experiência com o hotel, estrutura propriamente, foi simplesmente péssima. Capaz de gerar dissabor a qualquer família... Cama velha e lençóis encardidos, formigas na cama na primeira noite, provavelmente de falta de limpeza adequada quando houve a saída do hóspede anterior. Ar condicionado barulhento... Elevador que não funcionava adequadamente... Porta dos boxes soltas e sim manutenção..... Observe que após algumas reclamações me trocaram de quarto, mesmo assim or problemas permaneceram.. cheiro de mofo em razão de um revestimento de pano nas paredes.. Uma experiência simplesmente horrível.Cogitei inclusive a saida do hotel, no entanto, não tive o apoio necessário pela hotéis.com. Não recomendo submeter-se a determinado desgastes em razão de 100 ou 200 reais de economia, melhor pagar um pouco mais e não passar pelos desgastes sofridos.. Abaixo, encaminho as marcas de mordidas de formigas de uma viagem que deveria ser""Dos sonhos""" Em resumo, se não fosse pela presteza dos funcionários, o hotel já poderia fechar.

Custo alto, para benefício baixo. Hotel antigo e caído. Foram bem desagradáveis na recepção. Primeiro, cheguei às 12:30h, mas queriam cobrar taxa extra para eu fazer o check in, já que a entrada teria que ser rigidamente às 15h. Mesmo tendo disponibilidade de quartos. Segundo, depois do check out pedi para guardarem minha mochila por alguns minutos, e me cobraram 10 reais. Achei desaforo, depois de pagar uma diária de quase 500 reais. Não recomendo a ninguém
