Stay away from this hotel - unfriendly staff, bed bugs, basic amenities missing, ridiculous breakfast - have travelled to over 100 cities around the world….worst hotel experience by far!….Thank god I’m back in Toronto!….Opa!!

HORRIBLE HOTEL! bad customer service from reception (they charged an extra charge when I already paid everything to Expedia!) the hotel is very old, dark in the hallways, dirty towels. The only thing that is okay is the fact that is close to the beach, but the hotel itself is horrible.

Oceano Copacabana Hotel DUMP NIGHTMARE

The hotel was not clean, in major disrepair, elevator did not function most of the time. When it did it was demon possessed and would not go to the correct floor. Our room was not clean, ball of hair left in the shower, floors dirty, night staff was rude, especially the english speaking man with black glasses, would not let a friend of ours visit us in our room because he has something against him. The safe in our room did not work so there was not secure place to keep valuables, air conditioner made a lot of noise, breakfast was ok, eggs always runny and room temp, TV did not work in the room had to wait for it to be fixed, no hot water for three days in the shower during our stay, WIFI what a nightmare did not work 90% of the time. You had to stand at the door of the room to get a strong enough signal.

Das beste am Hotel ist die Lage. Das Personal ist auch freundlich und auch die Kommunikation in Englisch funktionierte gut, was in Brasilien keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Das war es aber leider schon mit den positiven Dingen. Es war leider mit Abstand die schlechteste Unterkunft unserer 25-tägigen Brasilientour, und wir haben teilweise in wirklich kleinen und einfachen Pousadas übernachtet. Das schlimmste war die Funktion der Klimaanlage - sie war schlichtweg nicht vorhanden. Das Bett war vor 10 Jahren schon durchgelegen und es war einfach alles schon abgewohnt und bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung.

The location cannot be beat. It is a bit dated but it was clean, loved the pool on top, and the price, especially during Carnival, was a steal. The staff at the front desk was crazy nice and helpful! We were VERY happy with our stay.

Foi a pior experiencia da nossa vida, tinha baratas no quarto, muito sujo tudo. Tudo muito velho. Tinham dois elevadores no hotel, porém somente um funcionava para 15 andares, e o pessoal da limpeza e serviço também utilizavam este, para descer chegamos a demorar 30 minutos um dia, tivemos que descer por escadas. O pior de tudo era o CAFÉ DA MANHÃ HORRÍVEL, o único que dava pra comer era um pão torrado, o resto era incomível, tinham várias opções de croissant e pães porém tudo duro e velho, horríveis, a água disponível no café era da torneira com muito gosto, as frutas todas sujas. Tinha muuuito mosquito em todos os hambientes, pedi um aparelho de parede para os mosquitos e o que me ofereceram foi colocar spray de mosquitos no quarto. Para isso tínhamos que estará com a janela fechada e o ar condicionado não funcionava direito, fazia mais barulho do que ar. Ante tudo isso vale a pena destacar que ficamos no melhor quarto, de luxo com sacada e mesmo assim foi tudo muito terrível. Não recomendo este hotel nem para os meus inimigos.

Dangerous mold conditions and very run down.

Very dated and run down hotel with mold growing on many surfaces and a bed mattress sinking and leaning due to use. Elevators buttons often didn’t work and would often result in randomly stopping at incorrect floors.

Razoável! travesseiros finos, não tinha limpeza diária, cobertor não tinha cheiro bom, elevador com defeito, ar condicionado antigo, entravam barulhos dos outros quartos… A recepção é linda, mas após usar o elevador e subir se percebe que é um prédio antigo e com vários reparos a se fazer… mas o atendimento é café da manhã eram bons, localização também, vista para o mar e próximo de tudo

Hotel Oceano

O período em que ficamos no hotel foi razoável. A localização dele é excelente, mas algumas amenidades não nos satisfizeram por completo. Os móveis e a decoração no geral precisam de uma renovação, parece que o hotel parou na década de 80, o ar condicionado do quarto, apesar de cumprir seu papel muito bem, era bastante barulhento e o colchão da cama não era muito confortável. O café da manhã oferecido foi bem satisfatório e as pessoas que nos atenderam foram muito gentis.

Atualizem as informações

Precisam atualizar as informações do site. Coloquei a opção "pagar no check in" e duas antes da viagem começaram a tentar passar a compra no meu cartão sem me avisar antes, ameaçando cancelar minha reserva. Quando cheguei no hotel fui informado que o check out era as 11h e não as 12h conforme consta na reserva. Isso precisa ser atualizado para evitar constrangimentos. Quando cheguei o elevador estava com problemas também, demorando muuuuito tempo para chegar e quase deixando a gente preso algumas vezes. Não tive serviço de quarto nenhum dia também. É um bom custo benefício, a localização é ótima, as acomodações ok, mas precisam atualizar as informações para não gerar surpresas desagradáveis as vésperas da viagem.

Personalet var meget venlig. Lobby pæn og ren. Morgenmaden elendig. Hotellets tilstand elendig, forfalden. problemer med elevatoren, mug i badeværelset, lækkage i rør, skabsdørene i restauranten hang..... Betaling hvis man ville have sin baggage opmagasineret i en ½ time indtil afrejse..... Stor skuffelse.

No limpiaban la pieza ni cambiaban las toallas. Para el desayuno siempre faltaban cosas: cucharas,café,leche, jugo,etc.etc. Siempre había que pedir algo. Cobraban por pedir agua caliente Siempre un ascensor estaba roto y demoraba mucho el tránsito. Caja de seguridad rota. Impresentables

Terrível. As instalações não correspondem às fotos. O terraço, piscina e banheira de hidro são sujos. A última está quebrada. Não há um guarda-sol. o bar não funciona em horário algum. Os corredores são totalmente escuros. É preciso usar a lanterna do celular. A cozinha só funciona para o café da manhã. Depois disso, não se consegue água quente para um chá ou mesmo um talher para eventualidades. O quarto não é melhor. Embora não estivesse sujo na chegada, jamais veio uma camameira limpar ou trocar roupas. A TV, que só tem canais abertos, não funcionava. O ar condicionado fazia um barulho absurdo. As camas muito estreitas, colchoes ruins, eram um pouco maiores que os box, muito estreitos. Cheguei a virar! Poderia ter me machucado. A geladeira degelava aos poucos, inundando parte do quarto. O café mais básico impossível. Os funcionários constrangidos, sem poder de fazer quase nada. O gerente foi chamado e nos ignorou solenemente. Tudo isso por módicos mil reais a diária. O hóspede sai se sentindo um otário.

The location is great, half a block from the beach. The staff is very helpful. The hotel feels secure. The AC unit was making noise but in some ways I got used to it and helped me sleep. It was not a big deal. I was on vacation so I enjoyed every single day in the city not matter the circumstances. The roof top view is really nice, very relaxing.

Não vale o preço, hotel horrível.

Quarto sujo, frigobar enferrujado, cortinas sujas e com mofos, ar condicionado velho e barulhento, elevador não funcionava para chamar (estavamos no 7°andar), o wifi não funcionava, e o jacuzzi do rooftop estava com agua suja. Café da manhã muito básico. Ar condicionado da recepção pintando e deixando muita água no chão da recepção. E as 10h30, já ligam para o quarto pressionando para liberar o quarto sendo que o checkout é as 11h. Tudo que eles podem fazer errado com o cliente, eles fizeram. Pergunta: como o hotel imagina que vou gostar da minha estadia ? Impossível, foi horrível. E paguei 1000reais a diária para isso! Obviamente, não vale isso, valeria no maximo 100 reais a diária para ficar nesse lugar.
