O café da manhã tinha pouca variedade, espaço pequeno. O quarto amplo, limpo porém as instalações obsoletas. Ar condicionado barulhento. Fiquei no mesmo andar e ao lado do setor das camareiras e algumas vezes era bem barulhento. O hotel só tem dois elevadores que são em comum com serviço do hotel, meio chato e muitas vezes precisamos esperar o elevador desocupar. Localização ótima. Uma observação maior pra recepcionista Maribalva, extremamente grosseira. Pedi informação sobre cafezinho ela disse que tinha expresso quando fui pedir foi rude negando a mesma informação dada por ela e me direcionando a lanchonete da esquina. Bem mal educada.

O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções, mas, o serviço prestado foi de qualidade. O ar-condicionado do quarto fazia barulho, incomodou um pouco. Quando paguei a estadia pelo site, oferecia estacionamento porém, quando cheguei no Hotel fui informada que o estacionamento era R$100,00. O carro ficou na rua. De resto, foi tudo bem.

A localização é excelente, proximo ao aeroporto, estacoes do metro proxima, facil acesso aos pontos turisticos. Cafe da manhã simples, mas com bastante opções. Otimo atendimento. As instalações são bem antigas, mas funciona, achei pouca segurança, entrava quem quisesse no hotel, não tinha uma boa segurança para isso. Alguns atendentes eram bem educados, mas alguns bem mal educados e ríspidos com os hospedes! A localização do hotel é muito boa, bastante restaurantes ao redor, farmácias e a praia do Aterro bem próximo também!
