O ar nao funcionava direito. resevei um quarto duplo com duas camas, no quarto so tinha uma cama e a outra era um sofa cama desconfortável. O quarto tinha resido de áreia quando pisavamos descalços.

Pessima estrutura e sem ar condicionado

A localização do hotel é excelente, mas os quartos não tem manutenção, os ar condicionados não funcionam, passei por 03 quartos diferentes. Um dia tive que trabalhar remoto no hotel e foi insuportável. Os funcionários são excelentes, mas a estrutura é pessima. Cansei e fui para outro hotel.

Básico

Local muito bom, de frente para a praia em um dos melhores locais. Café da manhã muito bom. Hotel simples e sem manutenção. Tem espaços que seriam maravilhosos se tivesse manutenção que permitisse usar. Sacada com cadeiras e mesa, mas enferrujada. Não tem como usar. Sem local para lavar os pés antes de entrar no quarto e a torneira na sacada não funciona. Só resta o chuveiro. Toalhas de praia raramente tem disponível. Toalhas de banho rasgadas. Elevador dá medo de usar. Como queríamos um local somente para dormir e poder desfrutar da cidade. Atendeu ao que precisávamos.

Terrível!!! Ar condicionado quebrado e RATOS

Péssima experiência! No primeiro dia me colocaram num quarto diferente do reservado e com o ar condicionado que não funcionava, o Rio estava com sensação termica de 53 graus. No segundo dia, me trocaram de fato pro quarto que eu reservei, o ar funcionava, porém nao dava vazão, ar condicionado muito pequeno pro tamanho do quarto. Além disso, vimos ratos, sim Ratos, mais de uma vez no restaurante do café da manhã.

Tinha tudo pra ser bom, mas decepcionou

Atendimento dos funcionários foi bom, porém falta organização. Limpeza péssima, lençóis manchados, roupa de cama deu coceira na pele. A localização é ótima, porém é necessário trocar a administração com urgência. Tinha de tudo pra ser um hotel 5 estrelas, mas sem olhar para os detalhes cruciais, deixa a desejar.

DECADENTE, não passem por este pesadelo

Saímos no dia seguinte, o hotel está em estado precário, caindo aos pedaços, reservamos 4 diárias por 5mil reias e só ficamos 1 diária, pq não tinha a menor condição de ficarmos hospedados nesse pesadelo chamado Typo, minha mãe uma idosa de quase 80 anos, não conseguiu dormir a noite inteira por conta de calor e formigas, a maioria dos ar condicionados dos quartos não tem condensadora, por isso só ventilam, inventam a desculpa de que vão acionar um técnico e ele nem existe, até pq não tem o que conserta quando o ar condicionado além de ser muito antigo, não tem o principal q é a condensadora, tentaram sanar os problemas com o up grade, mas não resolveu nada, o ar do 303 gelava muito pouco e parecia que havia um britadeira dentro dele de madrugada, ae passamos pra sala q era o um dos q não tinha condensadora e só ventila, os corredores do hotel parece um trem fantasma, os banheiros os ralos são entupidos, escoam a água do banho bem lentamente, o café da manhã até q é bom, pq é terceirizado.

Esse hotel tem uma vista e uma localidade top, mas a propriedade e extremamente antiga assim como tudo cama, banheiro, AC, em geral seria um valor just 50 reais pela diária, o hotel esta agora com o nome coberto espero wue algum grupo grande tenha comprado para iniciar uma reformulação pois a localização e top, mas o hotel e digno de uma estrela ainda bem que foi so uma noite.
