The hotel was great, small, spotless and in a very quiet yet fairly central location with very helpful staff. I booked a “small double room ”, thinking this meant a small room with a double bed, it actually means a room with a small double bed as in a 3/4 size double bed. I think the wording on the room type should be changed as this meant that me and my adult daughter had to share a very small bed for two nights!

This location is very nice. It’s clean, smells good, and is super close to the train.
My husband and I brought our daughters age 17 and 13. We had a fully booked trip of seeing all the things… and this location was safe, clean, and nicely by public transportation.
We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel specifically but the rooms were adorable and clean. A great size I imagine, given the price.
We were really happy and I’d recommend this location.

The staff were excellent and were always available and the cleanliness was first class. The room was quite a good size and the bed super comfortable . The modern bathroom and shower were great and the breakfast was beautiful.

For London the room size was huge! Location is quiet and a quick 7min walk to South Kensington station which has both the Piccadilly and District/Central tube lines. Booked the room with a sofa bed and had more than enough room! Wifi was great, thankfully the a/c worked well as it was a heatwave! If you don’t need to be in the hustle and bustle and don’t mind a quick walk to the trains and high street it’s perfect!
