The hotel and room had adequate features to meet our needs. We were very disappointed by the car service that we requested, the driver was late and the vehicle was not as we reserved. It was also disappointing that we had to self check in without an employee onsite.

From the minute we checked in, our service was great. The person that checked us in gave us a map and several spots/restaurants she recommended around the city. Our room was cleaned everyday and was the perfect place to regroup from a day of walking. The hotel is positioned in a great place within the city as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The only issue we had was finding the place when we first arrived. We were not aware the the hotel is on the 3rd floor of a building, so we were a little panicked when we could not see the hotel after being dropped off by the taxi. However, after getting help finding the place the rest of the stay was wonderful.

Lovely serviced apartments and the staff could not have been more helpful. Ideal location for walking to most attractions and right in the heart of a few food / drink districts. The room was spacious and decorated very nicely with lots of character. One thing I would say is the room could do with a lick of paint and the skirting was coming off the wall in a few places but very minor upkeep to make the apartment perfect.

Staff gets a 5/5 -They gave us an early check in time when we asked for one and they were able to have a room available 3 hours prior. We are from the states so we had to bring a universal adapter. Of course ours did not work and they provided us with one to use while we were there. Some items are only upon request so just make sure to ask and they will gladly put it in your room. The cleaning staff did an excellent job tidying our room and made sure we were stocked on our amenities. Room 4/5- The room was a little smaller than i thought it would be but that was my fault for misreading the square foot. I knew ahead of time that we are staying in a city so i expected noise, and there was a lot of it. I brought ear plugs and im glad i did, i could not sleep without them. The room and the hallways were very echoic due to the sounds bouncing off the marble. They have a small wooden elevator , very small but i loved the vintage feel. What provided- They have an expresso and tea machine in the room and very easy to use. Cleaning staff always had it stocked with cream, sugar as well. Hotel also provided a small bottle of lotion, shampoo and a bar of soap. There was also a hair dryer in the room but there was no iron. I asked the front desk and they put one in our room upon request. I booked this hotel through a third party hotel site and it said this hotel had a laundry facility. When i asked the front desk, he told me there were some in the area but not on the property

Valentina was wonderful and was very gracious and welcoming! The woman who cleaned was very warm and kind also. It was very helpful for our taxi to be arranged for us when we checked out to leave for the airport.

Great stay!
The hotel was super clean and very nicely kept. They were great with communicating how to get around the property and to check in, etc. Very helpful and in a great location in Rome. Our bed was a little on the firmer side, but otherwise the place was very comfortable.

We had been advised that if we arrived after 3pm the staff would have gone home but instructions were sent advising us how to get into the property. Instructions were great and the room was ready for us when we arrived. The room was clean and very quiet. Adequate room for both of us and all of our luggage. The wifi worked great.

We never met any staff. Our ship was extremely late due to weather and we left before they arrived in the morning. Very frustrating experience trying to get into the hotel. No instructions provided, had to call. My phone was at 3% and we had been dropped at the wrong number. Not optimum. I’m sure it is fine under better circumstances.

This was a quaint room, very tiny! I was surprised by how small the room was compared to the pics. It was immaculately cleaned and decorated though! We had our own little private terrace and coffeemaker. They stocked us with free water, crackers, nutella, jam, and 2 turndown cookies for us. There was a safe and fridge for our use. The bathroom was awesome, updated, and clean! The shower was great! The bed firm, so good if you like that. I prefer a little more give in my mattress. Our hosts were awesome and informative! Our location was fairly central, a walkable distance to most places.

My wife and I did a tour of Italy for our honeymoon. We started with Rome and stayed at JB Relais. Everything was exceptional, Sebastian and Massimo were super helpful. We loved it so much, that we booked it again when returning to Rome for 2 days before boarding our flight home. If we return to Italy, we would come back to JB 100%

We stayed in this cute little hotel for 3 nights and we loved it! Our room was very simple but very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The whole place was very clean. The staff we dealt with were so very kind and helpful, the woman (not sure of her name sorry!) gave us great recommendations! Great location! Would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a simple stay.

We loved our stay at JB Relais Luxury. The privacy and quaintness of it made us feel like locals. We got in late and were able to check ourselves in easily with the instructions they provided. The room was clean, large, and modern. The location was great, its an easy walk to any of the main sights in Rome. Plenty of good food, coffee and bars in the area too. Although we didn't opt for the in room breakfast, I loved that we had free water and coffee in our room everyday. They really did everything they could to make sure we had a great stay and a fun time in Rome. We were there in the heat of August and so our only complaint is that the AC could have been a little cooler but we were still comfortable at night. Would totally stay here again if we make it back to Rome someday.

Luxury? Nah...
There isn't much that's luxury about this "hotel". The Jewish Ghetto is super up and coming and has charming little streets with good restaurants, but this hotel is outside the area. There is heavy graffiti in the neighborhood and garbage in the streets. Inside isn't much better. It appears that most of the upgrades to the room were done hastily, the sink in our bathroom was crooked, and there is cocking to fill in areas in the floor where there didn't seem to be enough flooring to fill the space. Worst of all, there was black mold in the shower. There is also a rail that starts running at about 5am and stops around midnight just outside the rooms that face the street. That ish is not quiet either. Between it and the fact that you can hear every.single.thing happening in the hallway you probably won't have the soundest sleep, so bring earplugs. Wifi is super spotty unless you are in the hallway. Needless to say, we checked-out of our 4 night stay, two nights early because of the mold and the hotel refused to give us a refund for the nights we didn't stay. Would NOT recommend. Hotel Savoy is amazing though. You should stay there.

We respect personal opinions, but fortunately most of our customers appreciate our work and our structure, which in any case is not a Hotel, as well reported. The Hotels, of course, have other types of rates !! The wi fi did not work for 10 minutes, and the problem was solved by our staff. We are located in the heart of the historic center, 5 minutes from Piazza Campo de Fiori and the Pantheon and 100 meters from the Synagogue. Your room was a Deluxe of 28 square meters, with coffee machine, kettle, minibar with complimentary water, bathrobes and slippers and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Amazing experience in this hotel. Very centrally located, extremely walkable, so many great restaurants nearby. Massimo and Sebastian welcomed us so warmly, and even provided a free bottle of Prosecco for Valentine’s Day. Highly recommended!

Probably the best hotel choice in Rome

Great Experience in The Center of Rome
We stayed at the Jb Relais Luxury, a couple with a baby for 5 nights during our vacation in Italy. First, the room is very clean and spacious, even when there is a baby cot in it. The room is well equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, armchairs, wardrobe, mini fridge, safe, bathrobes, hairdryer, coffee maker, kettle, air conditioner, huge HD TV and more. The hosts, Sebastien and Massimo were very nice, helpful and welcoming and even were available to our questions on the phone. We received daily complimentary bottles of water, coffee capsules and fresh croissants. As for the location - We found the place very central and within reasonable walking distance to all of Rome's main sights, Such as Piazza Navona, The Pantheon, Foro Romano etc. We liked it especially since the Trastevere area, which we loved very much, was right in front of us. In addition, there is a supermarket right in front of the place, as well as dozens of bars and restaurants nearby. In conclusion, we highly recommend the place, we had a great experience!
