Check in was difficult for this property. It's not an actual hotel, it's a studio in a residential apartment building with very little signage indicating the property. No check in instructions or contact info to reach property manager was provided and I didn't know what to do when I arrived. I had to stand outside and wait for a resident to help me figure out what to do. The phone number on the small sign on the building is incorrect.

Dear Mrs. Yael,It happens sometimes that we do not satisfy completely our Guests and I am sorry that this time it happened with you, but please do not give wrong indications to other Guests. The phone number on the small sign on the building is correct, as it was correct in the various messages we exchanged before your arrival. The wrong number was unfortunately on your papers. Other point, we are not a studio. Who is booking through Expedia website can see that we are not an hotel but we belong to the category of B&B/Guesthouse and the pictures of the rooms with descriptions are self explanatory. The contact info to reach the property manager (myself) were already shared via message as we always did and will do in future. Excuse me for this long reply, but reviews, even the worst, should report true information to avoid misunderstandings.Again sorry for not having reached your expectations, I wish you the best for the months to come and with the secret hope to meet Guests from your country again, that has also been mine, many many years ago! (Red Bank :) )

Arrived a 1/2 hour early for our scheduled check-in time but was able to check in without an issue. City tax is collected at check-in (€3.50/person per night) is cash only. Stayed in the family room (queen & 2 twins). Room was clean but a little dated and didn’t look anything like the pictures of the rooms featured. Overall our stay was great but a little confusing on who to call if there is an issue and for check out prior to the office opening at 2pm. Close to some great restaurants and gelato. Great place to stay if going to Vatican (10 min walk) but it is at least a 40+ min to Colosseum, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain.

The room was very clean and in an an excellent location. We was given a smart phone in our room which was free to use and provided us with a lot useful information about Rome. This was really helpful when using public transport and finding restaurants. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Rome.

Extremely close to good restaurants, bars and The Vatican. Take the 5 minute walk down to St Peters Basilica for 7am to skip the long queues without having to pay for fast track. Rooms are clean and tidy but missing some essentials. Towels changed only at charge of €5 or once every 4 days, no glasses or cups for drinks, no tea/coffee facilities, air-con very noisy and ineffective and finally beds extremely uncomfortable. Check in was good (although restrictive as only available between 2pm-8pm) and the security system was reassuring, All in all a good base for exploring Rome if you can cope with the extremely hard matress.

Goos size room. Clean. Miguel was a real helpful cool guy. Excellent location 5 minute stroll to the vatican. Bars and restaraunts literaly round the corner Recommended. 😁

Miguel was amazing. The location was fabulous visiting the Vatican for the 1st. time. All types of transportation available within walking distance. The unit could have been cleaner. (Bathroom window area) Recommended to Miguel: Tourists do 2 things when they stay; sleep and used the bathroom, so a good mattress and fresh towels daily with a face cloth is important.

loved the cleanliness, location, simply nice. need to work on concierge services, needed a little assistance or suggestions on some things. also no front desk area, confused on who to call for help. The cell phone i was given for use did not hold a charge and wouldn't work for me. Didn't replace towels on my last night, they folded and hung up my used towels instead.

A due passi da piazza San Pietro, comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi posto turistico di Roma a piedi o con mezzi pubblici. Camere pulite con cura, wi fi ben funzionante, L’host, Signora Marina gentile e sempre disponibile.Torneremo sicuramente.

Chambre et salle de bain trop petites. TV qui ne fonctionnait pas. Pas possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner sur place Obligés de le prendre à l'extérieur. Ce n'est pas un hôtel... C'est une chambre dans une résidence. Je ne la recommande pas !

Spettabile ospite, durante il suo soggiorno Roma è stata colta da un temporale che ha danneggiato le antenne del condominio, a questo è dovuto il malfunzionamento della tv. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, lei non ha chiesto a nessuno di poterla fare, altrimenti, così come facciamo con tutti, avremmo fatto fare colazione anche a voi. Che la nostra struttura non sia un hotel è palese e ben spiegato nella nostra pagina. Faccia più attenzione a quello che compra online.Avrebbe potuto cercare un hotel e mettere in preventivo di spendere molto di più. Grazie

La camera non era esattamente quella vista e offerta in foto. Il letto aveva le sponde in ferro, non comodissimo per la mia altezza. Bagno, pozzetto della doccia sporco negli angoli con muffa nera anche nella parte bassa dei getti della doccia, basta pulirlo con la candeggina (non ci vuole molto), il soffione della doccia ed il rubinetto del bidè sporchi di calcare, non facevano scorrere l'acqua in modo regolare, ed il getto usciva molto lentamente.Porta del bagno scorrevole non si chiude e resta per metà aperta. Aspetti positivi: ottima disponibilità del ragazzo della reception, comodità del posto in cui è situato il B&B e della zona, silenziosità della struttura.
