The property was decent at best. had some false advertising including the availability of laundry services on site which is not true. This hotel does not have any laundry services, we had to walk a quarter mile to get our clothes washed as we were in the middle of a 2 week vacation. They also advertise that you have air conditioning control in your room which is not true, according to the staff they decided how cold or hot your room is depending on the weather outside. Our first and last night we spent the night in a room that was measuring 26 degrees Celsius and the staff simply said there was nothing they could do besides wait to call the technician in the morning to switch all the rooms to either having no AC or having limited AC. The room size is also not accurately represented. There was little to no walking space in the room. The only 3 good things about this hotel is that they have a pretty decent cafe / restaurant in the first floor of the property, they offer a private car service to and from the hotel on the day of your check in and check out, and the staff is nice. At the end of the day I wouldn’t recommend this property to family or friends.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. They arranged for a private driver to pick us up from the airport, since it was early when we arrived they held our luggage until the room was ready so we could go out and explore the city. Not long after they called and said they expedited the room prep and allowed us early access and even had our luggage in the room waiting for us when we got there. The room itself was also quite nice, and everything felt very premium. My only real complaint is that the thermostat in our room wasnt functioning correctly so it had gotten rather warm during the day. I know I like to cooler than most people to sleep so i mentioned it to the staff and they were able to turn it down from the front desk. It took some time for it to cool but thats not their fault and they apologized for the inconvenience. Otherwise it was a very nice stay, great location, close to the train station, Colosseum, and many other sights. I would be happy to stay there again.

This was one of the worst hotels ever. Two mornings we had no hot water and the third morning, NO WATER at all. Hotel management did not think this was an inconvenience. The room was tiny, even by European standards. Our room window opened out into a tiny air conditioning shaft. Impossible to turn around in the shower, and I am a small person. The electrical in the room was not well maintained and one wall socket pulled out of the wall with the plug. Overhead lights kept flicking on and off. Tiny hallway to room painted black, kind of felt as if the rooms should be sold by the hour. One redeeming feature was the young people on the reception desk who tried their best to be helpful and positive. You could not pay me to stay there again.

Walking distance from Roma Termini. We stayed in the small room for 1 night and it was perfect. Very clean, very courteous staff. However the rooms are not very soundproof.

Overall staff was great. Good li location with restaurants nearby and close to train station. Rooms are very small with a shower barely big enough to even stand in. If by yourself, this is a solid cost effective option, but 2 or more people luggage makes this difficult from a space perspective.

Clean, modern property in a great location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. The only downsides were temporary issues with AC for two nights and hot water for one night, which were a bit disappointing.

the Staff was helpful and polite, went out of their way to get us in our room early. The hotel is in a good location to walk or catch transit, the hotel is a little dated but maintain very well I would recommend it if you are in Rome

The staff, Davide in particular, made our stay so wonderful! He would ask us about our day as we left each morning and ask all about what we saw each night we returned. He was full of joy for his job, love for his city and had lots of great recommendations! The room was modern, very comfortable and put us exactly where we needed to be to get around easily! We will definitely stay here again!

Very overpriced, go elsewhere
This was our last night in Rome after a 2.5 week trip in southern Italy. This was by far the worst hotel. Rooms are tiny (but modern looking), with a very small bed (I think a twin) that is really uncomfortable. For that price, you would expect at least a Queen and enough room to be able to open a suitcase! The worst part about this experience however was the AC in the room. As is typical, you need to insert the rum key into a slot to turn on the electricity in the room, including the AC. Ours didn't work so we had to call reception for them to help. They turned it on remotely but after a few hours, when the room was still not cool enough or hit the desired temp, they turned it off remotely! We woke up at 6am in a very hot room needing to call downstairs again for them to turn the AC back on (took them 10min to do that)! For the amount of money that they want people to pay, they should let their customers control their own AC in Rome in the spring/summer months! They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience and terrible sleep that we got. Overall, there are much better options for the price with normal sized beds and non big brother AC controls!

Our room was smaller than expected (and pictured on the website) - however it was comfortable and very clear. Our room did not have enough plug sockets as one socket was broken - we had to remove the fridge to boil the kettle for example. Reception staff and Molino restaurant staff were lovely, and the food was amazing!!

This hotel is pretty and the staff is excellent! However, if you’re a light sleeper, this is not the hotel for you. Unfortunately, we were placed in a room right above the partnered restaurant, and every night (around midnight) and morning (7 am) the restaurant moves around tables and chairs by dragging them across the floor. It’s so loud. The lobby also has a bad sewage smell, but we didn’t notice it in our room. The shower is nice and our A/C worked great.

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond for their clients! We held our wedding in Rome. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, plus complimentary champagne. Their staff is knowledgeable, kind, attentive and extremely polite. We were pleased with everyone from the front desk staff to the staff that cleaned our room. You can’t beat the location and convenience to taxis, plus walkablility to landmarks. We definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again on our next visit to Rome. Thank you for making our special trip even better and more memorable!

Staff were disappointing. Rosella, the receptionist, racially profiled me and implied that I wasn’t a guest at the hotel. It was so bad that I wanted to check out then and there but it was going to be a hassle on me to switch hotels. When I later talked with the manager, he said that he was sorry that I am “sensitive,” and offered no genuine apology or to do anything to make it right. It was an extremely disappointing experience, I got stressed whenever I had to go through the lobby during my stay because I didn’t want there to be another embarrassing altercation. I do not recommend this establishment for my darker-skinned brothers and sisters since paying guests shouldn’t be berated by employees. There were other parts of my stay that were a let down, but this incident with Rosella made everything worse. Avoid. Also, I am pretty sure most, if not all, of the rooms face alleyways so there are no nice views to be had.

The hotel was located in a convenient area for sightseeing, getting about, taxis, food options etc. The staff were lovely and friendly. Quite noisy at night though as its a very small hotel and you tend to hear everyone's comings and goings and road traffic. No room service, and for travellers jet lagged and maybe looking for a midnight snack there were no options. No front desk between 11pm and 7am. All in all staff were welcoming and accommodating, and the hotel itself was clean, housekeeping excellent with many restaurant options nearby.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We check in at 11am and the room is ready by 1pm. They honoured our VIP status with a free room upgrade without us asking. The room is clean and the interior is modern. Soundproof windows blocked most of the street noise. The hotel is 8min walk from the train station and 15min walk from the Colosseum.

The property was clean and close to a lot of restaurants and shops. It’s also close to the metro station, Roma Termini station, and bus stops. The Colosseum is a 10-15 walk. The staff are very helpful especially Francesca who has helped us in a lot of ways, from storing our luggage and calling for a cab. We will stay here again in a heartbeat.
