I joined a queue behind one of these customers, but when it was my turn, was told that i was not indeed next. I then asked where was the queue, and the lady didnt even know. Very convenient from Jeju airport. Rooms were clean, well appointed, and very quiet. Very good restaurants and stores are just across the street from the hotel. Front Desk staff are friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious for a corner suite for a family of 4. The location is great, plenty of restaurants close by within walking distance. The hotel is having some renovations: a KFC food chain is being installed and the roof top pool is being built, and other retail stores.
