"This is definitely a family resort. They have performance at the main pool every night to keep the kids and adults entertained. They also have an above 19 pool area which is great for couples. The hotel has shown some age but it wins on service and facilities. "

Nice duplex room for family and the shower area was nice with standing shower and sunken bath. One suggestion is to enhance the road signs to indicate Bom Museum as current signs say Jeju Cafe Stay and we had a little trouble finding the place on the first day. "

"This is a great location and a good base if you want to stay in the Hamdeok area but also explore other parts of Jeju. The bus stop is 1 min from the hotel. The beach is right across from the hotel. There are lots of food options on the stretch, and convenience stores close by. The hotel has more Western style amenities (partition in shower, large towels). Rooms were clean. There are lots of tourists so the area is quite busy. Highly recommend the Utop"

"Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was really friendly the room was very spacious and clean and the hotel is perfect distance from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here :)"
