It is close to Colosseum with several restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly. The building is old, like most in Rome, but well kept. There is no elevator and the rooms are small for American standards, but normal for European countries. .

The hotel staff was courteous and excellent. The room and it's amenities were clean and as advertised. We did run into some issues with the amenities working properly, but they were promptly addressed with complimentary wine and breakfast, so the staff will definitely go out of their way to take care of you. If we ever return to Rome, we will definitely be back.

The desk staff was wonderful! Answered all questions. Very knowledgeable,kind, and patient. We felt at home. We would not have had as easy and enjoyable time in Rome without the friendliness and useful information of the desk staff. We left feeling as if we made friends.
