"Room 715 has bed bugs. Gave us another room but would not launder our contaminated clothes because we were not Premier Club members. We were forced into buying new clothes at 10:00 at night.and bags to seal up contaminated items for our trip home. I would not recommend staying there."

"My stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Reno - Sparks was unfortunately very disappointing. The noise level throughout the night was extremely disruptive, and the walls seemed very thin, making it difficult to get any rest. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The worst part of the experience happened around 4:30 AM when I was woken up by someone entering the building yelling and screaming while staff threatened to call the police. It created an unsafe and stressful environment and completely ruined the night’s sleep. Overall, the stay was far below expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again."

"We stayed in a room N2003 that was no smoking! When we finally found the room , as we walked in, I could tell that someone had been smoking!!! It stunk!!! I have stayed here many, many times but I have never stayed in this particular area and I never will again! My husband and I are Seniors and walking is hard at times, but when we finally found the room we have to walk down a flight of stairs with our luggage! I was not feeling good and the registration area was very far from our room otherwise I would have gone and changed the room! It was discusting and smelled of mold and smoke! We will be back to Peppermill in July and I will definitely get myself a better room than we had! NOT HAPPY!!!!!"

"Beds were super comfy. Shower head is amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Casino and movie theater next door and plenty of places to eat. Breakfast is mediocre. We live 30 minutes away and usually stay at this hotel for staycations. Highly recommended."
