"Lovely hotel and the food was great. Only thing that was a nuisance was we only had one robe and towels were for one person only. Didn't complain but if it happened again I would contact reception. No obvious disabled parking facility which is unusual in a large hotel."

The woman who helped me this trip was excellent and made suggestions to help me out for my next stay as well. I didn't get her name, but she was a dark haired French person. The pub is clean with great food and the rooms are comfortable and well decorated. I always like the extra touches of the radio, a little drink, and the comfortable soft sheets."

"Breakfast was great and included. This is not a suitable property for those with disabilities. I was put on the third floor with no lift. Despite contacting the property and receiving what I thought was assurance of on site disabled parking, I was sent to a car park a fifteen minute walk away. "
