"Loved the rustic look of the rooms with all the creature comforts included (AC, mini fridge, hot water, etc.). The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the food was great, both in the hotel and in nearby restaurants. There are convenience stores, pharmacies, ATMs and currency exchange offices within walking distance. We had a lovely stay, very unfortunate that the sargassum kept us from the beach, but that's not the hotel's fault."
"The apartment was dirty and dusty. We were 3 people and didn’t get the 2 bedroom apartment because we wanted the one that had the private hot tub in the balcony which only had one bedroom and when we got in the place to be able to relax the hot tub was dirty and broken and I told them and they wouldn’t send anybody to come fix it. Also the dishes were dirty and the sink in the kitchen barely had water to wash dishes, the water in the shower was like salt water terrible, and no where to find...
"Mi Amor Tulum is a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. The design and atmosphere are stunning, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They truly made me feel welcome. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again!"

"Isolated enough to feel private but very close to the town center. I recommend renting a car but on cooler evenings it’s pretty easy to walk to convenience stores and there are plenty of taxis to take you to the center. The pools are all incredible and the staff are very helpful and kind and were quick to respond any issue that came up. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back. "

"We had a great stay at PPP! Super relaxing, great service, food, and location. We took a morning yoga class as well, which was very pleasant. All the staff were super kind and made our stay feel really special. We had a jungle casita with a rooftop pool. The rooftop pool was a great decision, I was in it every morning and night while we were there. We were nested slightly in the jungle, a perfect distance away from the beach. The water pressure in the open shower was so perfect. It is hard to describe how great the water pressure was. There is not a coffee maker in the room full disclosure. It didn’t matter during my trip because I wanted a cappuccino every morning anyway. I enjoyed the short jungle stroll to the on-site café before my morning splash. I really loved this trip, it was wonderful and I would easily book this room again."
"So the room were spectacular. The service fantastic, the food was delicious an the cocktails out of sight. the only thing that was a surprise is that when we wanted the outdoor pool was not always available. Of course the pool took about an 1.5 hours to get heated, but when we requested to have it turned on, we were never alerted that they would not end up doing it. So after a beautiful romantic walk back from dinner the pool was cold.....
A bit of a Debbie Downer since the pool is used in high lighting the property rooms.
I would still stay there again, but would ask for them to contact us if they will not be heated after we asked. The beach club was more then comfortable. EVERYONE went beyond the usual for great service.
Other then that, we had a magical time.
Thank you Tago Tulum

"I had the ocean view suite, it was absolutely beautiful! I love the boho chic style. It is such a beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The Moro restaurant in the hotel is insanely good. The food is delicious. Everything is very clean and well maintained.
They also have these very cute activities that are included. I also liked that the bike renting was included so you could just borrow a bike and explore the area.
The area is very central, you’re super close to cool shops and beach clubs.
I wish the hotel had an ATM that would have been helpful to get cash on site, I also wish they had room service.
All in all it was such a wonderful experience and I would definitely visit again. "
"The view was STUNNING. The room was beautifully decorated and felt luxurious. Everything was clean and pristine when we arrived and the staff were so helpful throughout the stay (they even gave us a cooler to keep ice in our room to keep the drinks cold!). The included breakfast is simple but delicious and we enjoyed it every morning out in the courtyard with the morning breeze. The private plunge pool was absolutely essential and made the stay even more relaxing. We went in the off season, so the beach had a lot of seaweed, but we had done our research so we expected this and we still enjoyed the beach area, the deck and beach chairs. We had a lovely experience overall and would definitely recommend this hotel for couples or eco-friendly travelers."
