"An excellent welcome with a sole and cold towel and warm cinnamon tea. Linh was so nice, she informed every thing about the hotel. Guided us to go to the restaurant. The buffet breakfast was good. Kim was very nice to us and helpful."

"Staff are helpful"

"Everything was absolutely amazing"

"The staff was very helpful, courteous, and it was a plus that they were near the airport and had shuttle service 24/7."

"For the price it was decent. Staff was very friendly and the property was clean. Just keep in mind the rooms are small and the shower is just a shower head where the whole bathroom gets wet. Again, for the price, it's fine. "

"Knowing that this was a newly opened hotel, we expected some quirks and ongoing improvements. But it is easy to see that this place is special and that the management and team from the manager, to reception to room attendants are well trained, very professional and eager to please. The location above the main sapa square is very convenient, yet away from the hectic energy around the square. Overall Sapa was a very pleasant experience and I can highly recommend both the city and this new resort....

"From the moment we arrived the staff was very welcoming and friendly making us feel at home. The hotel is beautiful and it has everything you need to relax from an amazing view to a massage room. The breakfast was great with even an omelet station. We would definitely recommend it to anybody that wants not only a relaxing but welcoming experience."

"Very good breakfast"

"Great place, great location and very professional staff."

"COLD. The windows and doors were open all the time. It was always cold throughout the building. No working restaurant. Elevator does not go to all floors. Staff was friendly. Outlets were an issue. Door had several large cracks. We had hot water. Bathroom vented to another room. It would be very easy to film or watch someone from there. The spa smelled dank and was unclean. It was staffed by people who arrived from other facilities. Their skills were untrained. Laundry service was fast and...
