"Beautiful property located in a very special and unique part of the Sacred Valley. If you want the most luxurious stay in this area, this will be it. Service was great. Pre arrival communication was good but not great. I ran out of shampoo whilst taking a shower. Rooms didnt have AC or TV that I could tell. Pool couldve used some skimming of debris. Otherwise perfect stay. Make sure to feed the alpacas!! You can catch the Hiram Bingham train to Machu Pichu literally right outside hotel entrance...

"This hotel was an amazing property, absolutely huge, massive rooms and fantastic set up and location. However lots of little things are off. Overall this was a lovely hotel, a bit dilapidated and in need of works through, you can sadly see that the political situation and Covid have had a great hit on this property. "I booked this hotel to use the spa but all the amenities were closed and they didn’t even mention it on the website, they still advertise the photos of the spa. There is no wifi anywhere in the resort. The location was great tho with the mountain view."

"Very empty hotel. It seems no other guests during our stay. The reception barely speak English. They can not arrange any taxi pickup or tour around the town. At checkout, we were informed they only accept cash payment, even though the expedia receipt say payment collected by hotel. I checked my bank statement which is not charged, so we paid cash and get a hand written receipt."
