"It was great customer service, what I like and it was surprising, my flight was after my check out and they couldn’t give me extra hours to stay but they offered me to wait in the club with I wasn’t expecting to be that great. Also I arrived early and they let me check in early and upgraded my room free of charge. If I come back for sure this is my number one choice."

"It’s a great modern hotel with spacious room size … clean and comfy for a reasonable price and great customer service … especially Gary who worked in reception area with taking care of luggage…. Very polite and helpful…. For this area is close to MTR even Cheung Kwan O is the far east but very convenient and also link to few shopping malls ..
