"Excellent hotel with wonderful staff! The hotel is connected to Langham Place mall so easy to go shopping without dealing with hot, humid weather. Very convenient location: the airport (A21) bus stop and Mong Kok station are 4-5 minute walk while restaurants, shops, markets are all nearby. Would highly suggest booking a club room: the club lounge perks are worth it. Private check in/check out on the 36th floor. Club lounge access with breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour. The staff in the club lounge are exceptional! So efficient, friendly and polite! Not to say, the other staff weren't good, they were great - from the moment we arrived to the day we left, everyone played a part in us having a seamless, enjoyable experience. I've stayed in other 5 star hotels in TST and Central and although I like some of them, we will definitely stay at Cordis Hong Kong for our future trips."
