"Clean room. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. "

"Was slightly upset on afew things such as read they had wheelchair accessible parking for 6 i think but had no disabled bays cars parked in free for all had to leave keys at reception incase needed to be moved. Also said step free entrance which was also not the case and struggled to get to entrance for how cars were parked. Bed seemed like a small double which was rock hard next morning stripped the bed as we always do and wish hadnt when we see the state of the covers.and flooring very uneven. Guess we just picked up on things for disabled so may not be an issue for non disableds."

"Only thing was the cracked tile on the bathroom floor, annoying every time you stepped on it . Also we didn’t get our room serviced on the 2nd day . Breakfast was lovely and the room was nice . "

"Stayed for work. facilities ok. Information said the gym opened at 5am so I set an alarm for a workout to find out the gym was shut. This should have been explained at check in. "

"Luxurious room with comfortable bed. Ideal location within easy reach of seafront and St Anne’s Town Centre. 10 minutes drive to either Blackpool or Lytham. Lovely breakfast with cereals, toast, pancakes and the traditional full English as well as other cooked options. Parking is available at the guesthouse but only limited(6 vehicles) Howarth House will definitely be our first choice of accommodation on our next visit to St Anne’s.😀"
