"Staff was not helpful at all and very snobby / cold. The bathroom sink was unclean when entered the room. Amenities are limited. Indoor garage is falling apart and does not have enough space to accommodate all Guests. Lastly we booked it under false advertisement that breakfast was included. The hotel does not even have its own kitchen! When this was addressed at the front desk we got a simple response « oh it must have been an error in the booking ». That’s a HUGE error when you are booking a hotel! Noisy, with kids running up and down at night the emergency stairways,and staff did not respond! Never ever booking there again"

"The only part of our stay was the restaurant and the restaurant staff. We stayed Friday until Monday. The first night our AC wouldn’t work, I contacted the hotel staff in the morning and then afternoon with no contact back until 11:00 at at night. With the AC not working they moved us at Midnight to another room, would not help us to get the bed set up until after we called numerous times and then still no AC. When I mentioned all of this at check out, I was at ignored and asked what I expected them to do about it and maybe I could possible if telling the truth get money back. I was so exhausted from not sleeping I walked out. Choose a better hotel. Don’t waste your money. "

"The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the staff were very polite and professional. The building is a little bit dated, the shower could use a bit of a refresh however it was very clean. Breakfast was fine, continental with a decent choice of breads, croissants and muffins with hard boiled eggs also on offer. More fresh fruit would be ideal. There is a small gym/ fitness centre with some machines, some free weights and gym mats would be good to have on offer. The parking was at times a little tight, but it felt safe. Overall a very pleasant stay in a central and convenient location. "

"L auberge était bien mais sans plus la chambre été correcte sauf la salle de bien, la douche réparé avec un plastique coller sur la tuile présence de moisissures coins du bain et sur le mûre je m attendait pas à 5 étoiles mais un peu plys propre déjeuner étais bien mais vaisselles pas propre faut vérifier souvent ce que l ont prend.mais pour juste dormir ça va sans plus. A vous de la découvrir. La seul chose que moi j aurais mentionné c est les travaux que la rue comporte rue fermée mal indiquée coupure la 1 première jour jusqu à 16h cela aurait été bien d avertir la clientèle de cela comme ça pas surprise. La fille au front desk a dite qu un message avait été envoyé mais pas vrai elle cherchait à dire n importe quoi pour excusé mais les clients averti se sentent moins déçu mais bon à voué de voir"
