"Château Frontenac was amazing! The staff is friendly, professional, attentive and very helpful. The location is perfect for exploring old city, Quebec. Our room was fabulous. When we return to Quebec, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else."

"On est arrivé plus tôt et on a pu avoir la chambre dès 14h au lieu de 17h. On a eu la piscine à nous tout seul pendant plus d'une heure!!! On a relaxé sur notre balcon intérieur pendant la soirée avec la musique et les lumières tamisées !!!"

"Beautiful park to walk to across the road. Old Quebec is good to walk to if you enjoy a good 10k+ walk. There is also an amazing breakfast restaurant with a 1 min walk. Nice views from the hotel too "

"Overall it was okay, but the rooms need repairs; the walls and furniture are peeling paint, and the hotel charged me twice for a bottle of water. Room was dusty"

"Amazing for its central location. Staff was great. Pool area a bit smaller than expected and VERY busy, although I was there during Quebec’s March Break, so that can explain why. Gym was one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Room was fine, but many don’t seem to have a view. The hotel restaurant, Chez Boulay, is one of the best in Quebec City. Note that there are no parkings around the hotel, except the hotel’s Valet Parking, which is expensive. In summary, I would stay again, but probably upgrade my room and take into account parking price when comparing with other hotels. "
