"普通のアパートのいくつかの部屋かを民宿として貸していらっしゃる感じの部屋です。 オーナーさんは感じは良かったのですが、やはり、アパートがかなり古くて、特に水回りは覚悟が必要かもしれません。 最初入った部屋には不具合があり（エアコンをいれるとブレーカーが落ちる）、途中で部屋を移動になりました…。また、他の部屋のお客さんに掛けるつもりで間違い電話が夜中にかかってきたりと、色々なことがあまりスムーズではなかったです。 場所は閑静な住宅街で、近くにスーパーもあり、コインパーキングも手ごろな値段のものが近くにあるのは、良いところだと思います。"

"今回３度目の宿泊。ピアスのキャッチなど落ちており踏んでしまいました。清掃などは毎回不満があります。その他は全体的にキレイでした。また、シャワーヘッドが壊れており、洗面所、キッチンからはお湯が出ませんでした。電話し、迅速な対応を受けましたが、なおらず空き部屋もない事から、お風呂に入ることは出来ませんでした。ただ返金対応や丁寧な謝罪でとても良かったです。 今回は101でしたがエレベーター前で毎回他の客の声が響きわたり気になりました。"
