Motel Miami

Minha experiência foi desagradável, desde o check-in, tive que esperar em torno de 15 minutos para ser atendido na recepção, aguardei outro cliente fazer o check-out, mesmo avisando com antecedência a minha chegada. Durante o período foi razoável, a acomodação é diferente da foto, cria uma expectativa no momento da reserva e frustra quando você abre a porta. É possível escutar os sons e barulhos dos quartos ao lado. Até então estava normal, porém tive que antecipar meu check-out e ir para outra hospedagem, por volta da meia-noite fui acordado com os altos gemidos da mulher que estava no quarto ao lado. Enfim, até devolvi o cartão fidelidade pois não pretendo voltar ao hotel, péssima experiência. Não é um ambiente familiar, procurem outro estabelecimento.

Hotel “day use” ???? Nao indicavel!!!

Infelizmente, as fotos do site não condizem com a realidade do hotel. O banheiro do quarto que me colocaram inicialmente tinha um mau cheiro de urina insuportável, que se espalhava por todo o quarto. Depois de muita reclamação me transferiram para outro quarto, onde o banheiro também era minúsculo e não tinha box (foto anexa), estando o chuveiro colado no vaso sanitário, espalhando água por todo o piso (deixam um rodo para o hóspede secar o piso) e cheirava a mofo. A limpeza do quarto eh muito ruim, assim como das áreas comuns. Além disso o estacionamento é sobre o canteiro de terra não oferecendo também nenhuma segurança para os veículos ali estacionados. Também, a quantidade de “baruuuuuuulho” no meio da noite, da a impressão de que se está em um motel, o que traz certo constrangimento junto a sua família, principalmente com filhos pequenos.

Pontos positivos: check-in rápido, café-da-manhã justo e limpeza em geral. Pontos negativos: O que o quarto tem de grande o banheiro tem de pequeno. Infelizmente o projeto deste Hotel deixou o banheiro muito pequeno. O chuveiro fica praticamente em cima do vaso sanitário. Não tinha Box e depois do banho fica tudo alagado. A pia também é muito pequena e mal cabe um sabonete. Falta duchinha higiênica.

Minha experiência não foi legal. No banheiro do quarto, havia um vazamento na pia e quase sofri um acidente. Além disso, meu óculos original RayBan sumiu no local e fiquei no prejuízo. Não recomendo!!!!

Hotel deixa muito a desejar

O "hotel" deixa muito a desejar. Começando pelo "estacionamento", que é do lado de fora do hotel, na rua, sem supervisão. O banheiro é uma tristeza, o vaso é embaixo do chuveiro, não tem papel higiênico extra, deixou a desejar a limpeza e o cheiro ao entrar no quarto. A suíte presidencial dispõe de uma hidromassagem que precisa ter no mínimo um doutorado para conseguir ligar e esquentar a água de tão difícil que é, e que por sua vez, demora no mínimo 45 minutos para chegar a uma temperatura morna. Contudo, apesar da experiência desagradável com limpeza, banheiro e hidromassagem, a cama é muito boa, lençóis e toalhas limpos, café da manhã bom, atendimento dos funcionários bom e um ar condicionado muito bom, funcionando 100%.
