Called night receptionist at 0030 past midnight to ask if I could book the room via Expedia as I had missed my international flight and needed to sleep. He said yes he had availability but book after midnight, which I did. Took $48 Uber to hotel 0045 am and he refused to give me the room until checkin at 3 pm. I am a 70 yr old lady and they took my funds which was non refundable and expected me to return that afternoon. But he offered a” more expensive “ room immediately if I paid more money. PLEASE BEWARE AS THEY PULL STUNTS LIKE THIS AND STEAL YOUR MONEY. Expedia was a non refundable transaction. Remember, I called after midnight and asked to pay the overnight rate, but would only have the room till 11-12 noon. He said yes use Expedia and then left me high and dry at 1:30 in the morning. Shocking customer service.
