Cleaning ladies were amazing, hotel staff not so much. Came outside two nights ago to police and tow truck with my newly purchased vehicle. End result, My car got towed and I have all my stuff with my 10 month old in the room and am being charged 40$ for a late check-out. Oh and I was charged over $100 to check in early, habingnowhere to go cause my house is getting bugbombed

The room was really nice. Bed was firm but comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was really nice and overall cleanliness was great. The decor of the property was really pretty as well.
I paid extra for breakfast and then when I called to find out where it was at they informed me they weren't able to provide it due to covid. They refused to give me a refund for the extra fee and I even pointed out the differences in price.
This would have been a five star review had they provided better customer service. They even refused to provide a receipt when I asked for one from their property so I could provide proof to hotels.com.

Not pleasant at all !! A lot of riff raft !! Someone kept shinning a flash light at my window ,in the middle of the night ,people kept walking around late at night ,no security at all !!

My bf and i stayed there because we had to visit a family member who was not doing well. The entire stay wa me s terrible, the woman who works the graveyard shift needs a change of attitude and a lesson on customer service/respect. The housekeepers were gossiping in spanish about both my bf and I as if I don't understand spanish. I will never be going back the jacuzzi tub was never cleaned. The sheets in both beds were mever maid until asked to do so. The owners and workers here only care about $ and not providing Good hospitality I really

Unfortunately, the jacuzzi tub jets are automatically turned off by 10pm on weekends. This was not mentioned on hotel booking site nor at the time of hotel check in.

not a happy sleep
Neighbors were up all night partying and being loud out in the hallway . Beds were really hard , not comfortable after long drive . No breakfast served during quarantine so that was a rip off because I was offered and charged for a service not available . Not super clean but not horrible either location was descent .

Best deal for a hotel in the mid-peninsula. Conveniently located to get wherever you need to. Everything is clean, rooms are nice and comfortable. Cannot best the price in this area.

The property advertises that they serve breakfast with your reservation I understand if they're not serving breakfast because of covid-19 however they've had months to remove this from their listing with Expedia when Expedia attempted to contact them I'm not less than three occasions the property refuse to answer the phone
At this point in time they're only including the advertisement of free breakfast with your reservation to compete with other nearby hotels who are actually serving breakfast a very shady business practice and the fact that they will not respond to Expedia says everything
