Clean room with daily housekeeping even though I don't really need it. Great location and walkable to main attractions and shopping centres in town.

Stayed in the hotel for total of 7 nights. Overall great hotel for meals as it is near walking distance to the outdoor malls and in the streets. The staff are generally friendly and welcoming. Howeve, I found crumbs on the table and carpet on some days. The housekeeping did not do a thorough job. Also I had some issues with deposit refunds. I have checked out on 6 Oct 2024. But I have not gotten my deposit back. Hope the management will look into this and expedite my refund.

Excellent cleanliness

There was construction work along the Kalakaua road outside the hotel. A lot of pot holes on the road covered by large metal sheets. Very unsightly

It’s fantastic to be at Hyatt and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The ocean view from our room is spectacular and I couldn’t forget the view even until I’m back home from holiday. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Hyatt Regency is huge and the place is very clean. Staff are kind, polite and nice. However during 4-6pm is a peak period at the lift lobby and we often have to wait very long to get up/down. However, the pool is very small and is not ideal for proper swim. Wonderful staff, centrally located in Waikiki, excellent service and much more! Stayed for 10 nights and there's absolutely no complaints whatsoever! The staff made us felt welcomed and at-home! Mahalo!
