Stayed in the hotel for total of 7 nights. Overall great hotel for meals as it is near walking distance to the outdoor malls and in the streets. The staff are generally friendly and welcoming. Howeve, I found crumbs on the table and carpet on some days. The housekeeping did not do a thorough job. Also I had some issues with deposit refunds. I have checked out on 6 Oct 2024. But I have not gotten my deposit back. Hope the management will look into this and expedite my refund.

Wonderful staff, centrally located in Waikiki, excellent service and much more! Stayed for 10 nights and there's absolutely no complaints whatsoever! The staff made us felt welcomed and at-home! Mahalo!
