"My wife and I have had a terrible experience with VOU Suites. We have been left without both internet and cable TV for four consecutive days. When we reached out for help, there was no one available at the front desk, forcing us to handle everything via WhatsApp messages. The only support offered was a generic, automated instruction to "unplug and restart the modem," which did absolutely nothing. To make matters worse, we were promised a technician would come to fix the issue, but they were a complete no-show. We have spent our evenings staring at a blank screen with zero updates. The lack of communication and complete disregard for customer service is unacceptable"
