"Llevamos más de 20 años viajando a la República Dominicana y, en esta ocasión, podemos decir que hemos recibido uno de los mejores servicios al cliente de todos nuestros viajes. Es cierto que el hotel necesita algunas reparaciones y renovaciones en diferentes áreas. Sin embargo, la amabilidad, la atención y la disposición de cada uno de sus empleados hacen que la estancia sea tan agradable que esos detalles pasan a un segundo plano. La comida también merece una mención especial. Los restaurantes especializados, el desayuno, el bufé y el restaurante de la playa ofrecen una excelente variedad de platos, muy bien preparados, frescos y con un sabor auténtico. Si eres una persona muy exigente con las instalaciones, probablemente notarás que el hotel necesita ciertas mejoras y mantenimiento. Pero si lo que buscas es un lugar acogedor, buena comida y, sobre todo, un equipo de personas amables, atentas y comprometidas con hacerte sentir bienvenido, este hotel es una excelente opción. Sin duda, lo mejor de nuestra experiencia ha sido su gente. Son ellos quienes realmente hacen especial este lugar."

"Breathless resort was amazing! Beautiful property, lots of restaurants to choose from. There was not a long wait at any place we ate at. Our concierge point of contact Joel was amazing! We loved him and he made our stay even more special and wonderful. He was always available if we needed him and always said hello to us when he saw us. If we get to come back, we will stay here again and we would only want Joel!"

"This was our 7th trip to Casa De Campo. Obviously we love it there obviously! This time we decided to stay there the longest we've stayed, 10 days. We rented a villa like we did in 2025 and had a great experience because we were upgraded because of our Expedia status. But this time we were not upgraded. We weren't even offered an upgrade. This is the first time we haven't been upgraded. Our 3 bedroom villa was on the dark side at night, dimly lit. Also it was on the older side. We were told it is central AC, which we discovered actually meant that the living room had AC. The 3 bedrooms were units. The service at Casa De Campo is exceptional. Hard to describe how good it is. Food is incredible, but very expensive - NYC prices. Since we rented a villa we had a private concierge. We had a great concierge in Francis Lappost - we appreciated that a lot! We are hoping to be back next year with a big group next year and hope we get a great villa and an upgrade like we expect every year. May cut back to 7 days since 10 days wasn't a great experience. Highly recommended as a unique Dominican Experience."

"Muy entrenido ya que hay diversion para todos los gustos. El area del buffette lo encontre limitado en cuanto a la variedad de comida para un hotel tan grande.ademaa, entiendo que hay pocos empleados . No se si es la temporada. Los restaurantes a la carta deben abrir todos los dias y el restaurante frances debe enmendar un poco sus reglas en cuanto al proticolo de vestimenta. La mayoria de los caballeros viste conpantolnea bermudas y sys camisas de vestir y a veces con sandaliaa masculinas. Cuando llegan al restaurante no los dejan entrar si no tienen pantalones largos y zapatos cerrados. Sin embargo permiten mujeres en sandalias y hasta en chnacletas de playa tipo flip flop. En el caso se mi esposo llego con un pantalon largo de lino, u a camisa manga karga de lino y unaa sandaliaa masculinaa de vestir. Y por tener estas sandaliaa no pudimis entrar."
