"The front desk staff were friendly and greeted you every day. The bell hop staff (Dave) always asking if you needed any assistance. "The service at this hotel is the best I have experienced in Colombia. The attention from checkin to the restaurant is exceptional. "Rooms were really nice, some of the best in Medellin if not the best. I enjoyed brunch a lot however the restaurant bar is better in Cali.
