"Buena atencion auque siendo mi cumpleaños, siempre voy en esa fecha, olvidaron completamente este año mi cumpleanos. no esperaba demasiaso pero si como en otros años una tarjeta manuscrita con algun mensaje y alguna pequeña atencion como habia sucedido en viajes anteriores. De alguna manera el ultimo dia la perdona encargada de los clientes del club dea cerco y muy gentilmente se disculpo despues de una pequena charla y al volver a nuestro cuarto alli estaba una lindisima tarjeta con unos bombones equisitos. Muchisimas gracias ! A veces la sensacion es que el Mandarin Orientad de la ciudad de Santiago no reune las expectativas del los clientes que conocemos la calidad de los mismos atraves del mundo. Creo que existen pequeñas cosas que se podrian mejorar. La habitacion en la zona club del hotel es muy agradable con vistas maravillosas sobre la cordillera, el salon àra el desayuno te y aperitivos es excelente con muy buena cualidad de productos y atencion . Seguramente volveremos y le volveremos a dar una nueva oportunidad para el año proximo!"

"We had an excellent stay at Capital Bellet in Santiago and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The room was outstanding—modern, spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. Everything about our stay was perfect, from the smooth check-in to the excellent facilities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. If you're looking for a modern hotel in a fantastic location with beautiful rooms and excellent service, Capital Bellet is a perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again!"

He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also want to thank the concierge team, especially Anna and Robert (or the gentleman with the longer hair—we unfortunately don’t remember his name). He was also very helpful and made a positive impression on us."

"La habitación es bonita y muy espaciosa, pero el diseño es poco funcional y extraño. No cuenta con una superficie donde apoyar las maletas. No cuenta con una mesa en la cual usar un computador, sólo unas pequeñas mesas de café. Cuenta con un muro sobresaliente de 3m de ancho y 15cm de espesor con la unica función de colocar un marco de luces alrededor que termina por imitar una ventana. La ventana tiene termopanel, pero no aisla el ruido de la calle. La separación entre dormitorio y el Acceso/Closet/Baño es mediante una pared deslizante de vidrio que no separa mucho en lo visual ni lumínico, menos aún en los sonidos, y que además tiene la particularidad de que bloquea la única toma salida de aire del dormitorio. El control de las luces se realiza solamente desde un lado de la cama, por lo que un lado está sumido en la absoluta oscuridad hasta despertar al otro. La iluminación del baño y particularmente del espejo es tenue, en el mejor de los casos, y la usuaria tuvo muchos problemas para maquillarse producto de la poca iluminación (focos dicroicos direccionales). El lavamanos y el baño en general carece de espacios para poder colocar los productos de tocador propios, pese a tener un enorme vanitorio y lavamanos que son grandes sólo por lo estético y no en lo funcional. El desayuno es bueno, el SPA es bueno, la atención es buena. Pero el diseñador de las habitaciones tiene muchas explicaciones que dar."
