Very relaxing to stay, will definetly go again

A hidden gem. A very well designed and maintained property. Didn't feel like we were staying in a hotel. The staff were unfailingly polite and courteous. More importantly, they appeared genuinely keen to help. When told that we were vegetarians, the staff at the restaurant took great pains to check with the chef to have vegetarian breakfast prepared for us in lieu of that on the menu. Hotel room is very clean, spacious, n well equipped. The beds r also very comfortable. Foods r within 2-4 min walk if u opt out of dinning in hotel. However, front desk staff need to b more knowledgeable about their city, such as which shopping mall is nearest to the hotel or where to buy an umbrella.

The Pullman Hotel in Kutching definitely offers a 5-star experience to its guests not just by the ambience in it but also by the amenities they have. I chose this hotel because they have a gym, a pool, and a spa. The staff are nice and are quick to respond to requests. The hotel adjoins a mall and there are several restaurants to choose from. Their Internet is free and fast which makes it great for working, and the area is quiet which makes it also great for relaxing.

As usual, it's always like returning home. Almost all the staff at Telang Usan are familiar faces. We got the room facing the lovely green garden/forested area upon request. Love it! Will definitely be back.

Hotel is well priced, reasonable. Service is good!
