A hidden gem. A very well designed and maintained property. Didn't feel like we were staying in a hotel. The staff were unfailingly polite and courteous. More importantly, they appeared genuinely keen to help. When told that we were vegetarians, the staff at the restaurant took great pains to check with the chef to have vegetarian breakfast prepared for us in lieu of that on the menu. Had an amazing stay at the Ranee on Christmas Eve. Service staff at the hotel are fantastic and extremely helpful, rooms are fabulous and the location is great. The hotel is close to many bars, cafes, good food joints, shopping mall, historical sites and museums. Wish I had a longer stay!!

Very professional and courteous staff. Hotel maintains a strict no smoking policy. Reasonable breakfast.

Very relaxing to stay, will definetly go again

Hotel room is very clean, spacious, n well equipped. The beds r also very comfortable. Foods r within 2-4 min walk if u opt out of dinning in hotel. However, front desk staff need to b more knowledgeable about their city, such as which shopping mall is nearest to the hotel or where to buy an umbrella.

Wonderful stay. Friendly staff, secure car park, conveniently located, great bar and local band. Excellent breakfast especially the laksa ! Will be back again soon.

NU Hotel exemplifies a great eco-friendly practice. Unlike the others, they withold the electric service for the room refrigerator unless you have needs. This would save plenty of unnecessary waists.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with short walking distance to the center. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly.
