I loved the convenience of getting to other places from the property. The owner of the place designed the place really well too and provided sufficient amenities such as home-made pastries/bread and cup noodles, which made our stay a really enjoyable one. Thank you!

Excellent stay. It’s comfortable, convenient and had great service. I had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Place New Taipei. The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained, with spacious rooms that is very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the room felt quiet and relaxing after a long day out. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and a nearby shopping mall, making it a great base for exploring New Taipei and Taipei city. What really stood out was the service....

THIS HOTEL IS AMAZING!! It is tastefully designed and the staffs are very attentive and professional! The layout of the hotel room is also very efficient and make good use of the available space. The daily morning kickstart (crossiant and soy milk) and daily evening social hour (complimentary wine) adds a unique touch to the hotel. Location is very good too. A few minutes walk from Zhongxiao Fuxing exit 3 and near alot of good restaurants. This will now be our go-to hotel everytime we visit...

Concerned by the nature of the “resort” at first and location was not in mountains as hoped, but I ended up having a great time with both the staff and group of guests there. The staff really worked with me to accommodate my requests.

The location was superb, right above mrt and hsr. Lots of shopping around the area, love the location which is self sufficient. The staff were very friendly and polite, room was decent as well except for the pillows which were rather lacking in support. Easily resolved by calling housekeeping to provide thicker pillows. However would be ideal for hotel to get better pillows to replace where needed. Courtyard by Marriot Taipei is one place we will stay at again if we ever visit Taipei again....

Nice place for family! However not very accessible to convenient stores, but generally, taxi is readily available.

Hotel room was bigger and comfortable than what we would find in places closer to Ximending. What I really like is how the lights have been designed to provide just enough light for the night and dim enough to still find my way to the toilet. The hotel is about 5 mins walk to the Beitou MRT. Along the way you will pass a Family Mart and a 7 Eleven which is very convenient if you like to buy snacks.

nice, clean and well-maintained hotel. check-in after stipulated hours could be a little cumblesome. but all you have to do is to contact the hotel staff for assistance. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help :)) 10/10 stay for me
