Beautiful location on Augusta. Close to amazing food, cultural sites, Paulista Ave is close, clubs, bakeries etc. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable if you have questions about your stay or the area. I will be back.

The safe didn't work in my room. The front desk said they'd send somebody by to fix it (room 2204) and they never did. The doors don't close properly, there are clearly marks on the room doors off people trying to break in. This hotel does not take security seriously.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. This first started with our check-in process with Joaom who was extremely friendly and took his time giving us personal recommendations for the city as well as all of Brazil since we are traveling around the country. The rooms as mentioned are a bit dated in furniture, but the location was convenient, everything was clean. The area itself seemed safe enough, but we didn’t really spend much time there. The main areas of the hotel were very nice though. Elevators could be tricky in the mornings but that’s to be expected. Overall we were happy with our stay, it’s a good basic hotel for anyone visiting the city and I would recommend it to visitors in the future! Security guards were also very friendly and helpful, reminding my boyfriend and I to stay within the hotel-grounds when using our cell phones.

Hotel extremamente sujo e necessitando de reparos Água do chuveiro não esquenta. Iluminação do quarto péssima. Botão de descarga do vaso sanitário não funciona adequadamente. Café da manhã com um cheiro terrível de fritura pois são feitos omeletes e tapiocas dentro do salão, sem nenhum duto exaustor ou janela. Pães e bolos duros, de qualidade ruim. Café ruim. O único ponto a destacar é a educação dos funcionários, digna de nota. Todos super atenciosos e gentis.

Bom, mas com ressalvas

Foi boa, mas com ressalvas. Cheguei às 12h por conta do voo, geralmente na rede que sou inscrito eles permitem check in antecipado quando tem quarto já disponível, no entanto, nesse hotel só liberam a partir das 14h; ok! Peguei uma fila enorme no balcão apenas para guardar as malas. Saí, e voltei às 14h, mas havia uma fila gigantesca, e perdi mais de 30 minutos nessa fila; como meu quarto era com duas camas de solteiro pedi para se possível me realocar em um de casal se não houvesse diferença, mas o atendente disse que só poderia trocar se pagasse mais 63 reais por diária, como eram 4 dias, optei por ficar no quarto das duas camas mesmo de solteiro. Ao chegar no quarto, tudo ok! No entanto, no banheiro tinham fios longos de cabelo no chão, que percebi rapidamente, pois, grudaram nos meus pés, então a limpeza não foi das melhores… Para fazer o checkout na hora de ir embora, outra fila gigante, mais meia hora perdida, atrasou inclusive meu compromisso por conta dessa demora toda. Também achei estranho o preço alto de 71 reais por café da manhã ser cobrado à parte. Preferia que fosse direito do hóspede. Mas no geral, foi uma boa estadia, mas deixo claro essas ressalvas para que possam melhorar ainda mais, pois, as instalações são bem amplas e confortáveis.
