It is a quiet place with nothing much going on around the area. The room is clean and neat. The front desk's English is not that good compared to other hotels. Overall it is a good hotel to stay

Amei o tamanho da cama. Não gostei da dificuldade de acessar a academia e quando cheguei lá era pequena e os equipamentos muito pegados um no outro.

Good infra but bad service
The overall experience was bad. The infrastructure is great! All clean and comfortable. The gym shown in the pictures is not exclusive and after working hours is really crowded!! The breakfast did not have eggs even though I asked for (they said they had a technical problem that would not allow them to prepare the eggs). Considering the two points that caught my attention were the gym and the breakfast I am really disappointed with my experience there.

Great location, updated property, nice clean room, great breakfast, and updated property. I can forget to mention the staff, especially the gentleman that takes care of the breakfast. The only problem was that I arrived in the US early and on the morning long flight, I asked for early check-in as I always do when I stay in Sao Paulo and was 3 hours before the check-in and they told them they couldn't help me with the early check unless I pay one fee. Unfortunately, they could me help even as a gold Expedia customer. I will be back for sure.

O hotel é novo, arquitetura moderna, quartos confortáveis e grande. Café da manhã horrível, dos 4 dias que fiquei hospedada só comi alguns itens no primeiro dia. Tive uma conversa com a encarregada para uma crítica construtiva.

Percebemos algumas tomadas e o frigobar precisando de manutencao. Sentimos falta de orientações aos hospedes, tais como, uso da internet, conectar tv a cabo, chamar recepcao,etc. Nao tem informacao de nada. Inclusive no deslocamento pedestre no hall de entreda. Toda hora o seguranca faz uma abordagem do tipo nao descer a rampa, não parar o carro, etc O hospede precisa ter informacao melhor A reposicao do cafe da manha nao estava boa e o hotel nem estava com grande locação.

De qualidade, mas havendo um desconforto
Observamos dois problemas neste hotel. 1) Elevador, dividido em vários níveis. Para chegar do terceiro andar até a garagem tem que ir até o térreo e lá trocar de elevador. 2) Garagem, o estacionamento custa 20 reais por noite.

Gosto deste hotel e me hospedei 2 nele qdo estou em SP, adoro ate os saches no quarto, jarra eletrica, poder tomar 1 chá, mas desta vez o barulho do exaustor do banheiro atrapalhou a noite inteira, só dormi desligando retirando o cartão magnético e cortando a energia elétrica.

Local muito aconchegante, limpo e confortável. Tive um problema com as luzes no quarto, mas nada que atrapalhasse. Liguei na recepção avisando e foram rápidos em mandar o técnico da manutenção. Os quartos são grandes, os banheiros limpos, possuem ar condicionado e uma varanda com uma vista dos locais na região. Todos os colaboradores foram bem educados.

Excelente hospedagem, tudo muito novo e bem cuidado, quartos espaçosos e limpos. Possui restaurante no próprio hotel e alguns na mesma rua, café da manhã farto e de qualidade. Estacionamento pago (20 reais/dia) e excelente. O único problema é o preço abusivo na água (7 reais - 330ml), sei que é uma prática comum em hotéis, qualquer outro item do frigobar, eu compreendo o preço ser acima do mercado, porém cobrar um preço tão abusivo por água (que é algo essencial) me soa como um absurdo.

Uma bela estadia, geralmente fico hospedado na concorrência ( ibis ) porem vi a avaliação do Urban by Unu e resolvi experimentar. E nao tenho que reclamar de nada Um hotel acessível no valor com um nivel superior ao da concorrência posso dizer que e um 4 estrelas O check-in e check-out foi super rapido O estacionamento nao e muito apertado na da estacionar de boa Bom foi otimo !!!! Adorei volto mais vezes.

Estive no hotel para “descanso com a minha companheira” pois estávamos em um evento empresarial e não foi uma experiência agradável. Não foi por conta das instalações do hotel! Ficamos no quarto 103 e “do nada” no período da manhã simplesmente “entraram no quarto” me parece que foi a camareira eu abri a porta e pediram desculpa e ok, desculpas aceitas. Após o café da manhã novamente entraram. Estávamos a vontade com roupas íntimas descansado. Achei um absurdo! Sem contar no stress do estacionamento que não avisaram exatamente nada sobre valores adicionais a serem cobrado pela empresa privada que fica responsável pelo nosso carro. Fechei o estacionamento como hóspede o mínimo que vocês precisam fazer é orientar Falta de comunicação entre os funcionário e de preparo por abrir o quarto sem aviso prévio.
